Default Should I discard my day 18 temp?

Check my chart girls. FF says I o'd on day 17, however my spike temp on day 18 could have been for the following reasons:
1 - sick that day, felt nauseated, headachy, ugh
2 - that morning, between 2 a.m. and 5 a.m., I woke up a couple times, just barely, and then fell back asleep, but did not get out of bed. Temped at 5 a.m.

As you can tell, my temp has been wacky, and my EWCM has not matched my temps necessarily. If I discard my day 18, FF will put my O day at day 15, which does seem to make more sense, but then again day 13 seems like a possible o day as well.

Should I discard day 18 honies? Or should I let it lie and see what happens next month?

This is for you, Travel

Meagan, honey, I'd leave it. The temp could be a little higher because of those reasons, but those temps from days 13, 14 and 15 really aren't higher than the previous. I really think that your biphasic shift did happen on day 18, especially when you look at your cm pattern. When you look for that shift, you really want those three high temps to be higher than the previous 6. Those other factors wouldn't make that big of a difference in your temp for that one day.

Also, Meagan, your O could have been delayed from the anxiety and stress of impending O.....
