I agree with Lisa. The fish oil can give a nasty burp! I once had one that contained peppermint oil... that was lovely, too

i was looking last night at vitamins and you can get the fish oil pills with less fishy taste, they are coated in something else. they are right next to each other.

Mine are prescription. They don't make me sick at all. You had said yours have extra iron in them though right? That is probably what is doing it.

I worked for an OB/GYN group for 4 years and they got giddy when a woman would come in for a preconceptual consult particularly if there is the potential for complications. I went in for preconceptual consult 3 months before TTC so I could start PNV. I asked for Natachew because I have trouble swallowing large pills and they taste like Flintstones vitamins. If that can't work for you, lots of places carry OTC PNV. Be careful, they can make you constipated! You may want to take a fiber supplement with them.
