Yes that is Molly and she just turned 6 in January. She is quite the young lady. I am so proud of her. She was so nervous about the dance, and then apperently there was a 10 or 11 year old girl at the table next to her wearing the same dress that was making fun of her for her glasses and because she doesnt have boobs (like any 6 year old does) DH was so mad he said it took everything in him not to reach over and slap that girl. Now Molly doesnt want to wear her glasses anymore. I just wish I could have been there to give those girls a piece of my mind.

ahh.... Bless her bones! I wish that kids really understood parents when they say "oh just ignore them" But we all know what it's like to be there... And being so young and vulnerable. She's so pretty! I'm sure she'll be over it soon! I know you wish you would've been there- I could imagine

mom2 - dd is so cute. Sometimes I just don't understand how kids are so mean to each other. I wish you were there too - to straighten that little girl out!

mom - your daughter is adorable. what a cutie. i can't stand it when girls that age that sit there and make fun of girls that are younger than they are....i don't care if they are only 10, the nerve!

mom2 - Your DD is a cutie! Maybe you can think of someone that she would look up to that wears glasses so she will think they are something cool to have. (I don't have kids YET so sorry if that sounds corney).

Lisa - Thanks for the compliment. I am just waiting patiently (not really patient) to get the chance at trying my mom skills out. Been practicing for years on the dogs, horse and DH.

Sara, u and DH are simply stunning. U will have beautiful children.

Mom, ur DD is such a doll! No wonder u want another one. How can children be so cruel to others? It hurts my heart to hear such a thing. Ur child's heartbreak is a million times worse for u, isn't it? Tell ur DD that glasses are super cool and that the other girl just made fun of her b/cuz she was jealous and was the daughter of satan (ok, maybe not the last part. )
