OK- So DH and I got married on March 15th of this year and I JUST got my wedding pictures from the photographer last night. They aren't spectacular by any means, but they are better then nothing!
At first I thought we got stiffed because we paid her up front- in cash (dumb on my part, I know)- and after the wedding they agreed to meet with us to give us our pictures and never showed up. That happened twice. Then they stopped answering my phone calls all together. She took me off her MySpace and blocked me so I couldn't send her msgs- and whenever I would get online on an instant msger she would immediately log off. So finally the other night I caught her online and I IMed her really fast and just explained to her how important these pictures are to me and that I didn't care about the money and that I could get the photos developed myself if thats what I have to do, all I wanted is the film and I would leave her alone. She finally agreed and she emailed me the pictures that she had. I am beyond excited about this because the only pictures I had were ones family took, and NO one takes pictures during the ceremony except for the photographer. So now I have pictures of my father walking me down the isle, our first kiss as a married couple... and me crying my eyes out when he pronounced us man and wife I'd like to share them with you guys- I have made a cheesey little website with slideshows of the pictures- I hope you enjoy them! Vickie- What a great way to share your pics! You are lovely bride! How awful about your photographer, after all that I'm surprised you got anything at all. Way to go in keeping after her!
i'm jealous, My wedding pics are all thumbnail sized in a book from the photographer that I was supposed to order from, but I never got around to it

Chrystie, Claire and rac- Thank you so much!! Yeah I was so upset about not having pictures of the happiest day of my life! I wanted to cry everytime I thought about it and to be honest with you the way she was avoiding me I thought I had just gotten completely scammed and that she didn't have any film in the camera at all or something!! But i am just happy that i have them now and that I am able to share them with everyone
My next project will be to get some of the photos printed out and I plan on making wedding albums for our parents as a Christmas gift- I really think they will enjoy that. And last but not least, OUR photo album!!
