Kayla- I have yet to congratulate you on getting in to medical school!!!! WAY TO GO, GIRL!!!!! You are going to be a FAN-tastic doctor! I know that the trials and tribulations with TTC are only going to make you a stronger doctor who communicates and listens to her patients.

CONGRATS on the new house! DH and I are going to start remodeling soon, so we'll have to help keep each other sane throughout the process.

Kayla - I sooo want to do one of those plaques now!!! I have one of those burning tools at home!!! Dh had to have it and NEVER used it!!! I'm going to ask him about it tonight!

Awe thanks Cassie! That would be great for Rhylee's room. The hardest part is figuring out what you want on there. Since DH and I love the outdoors, I figured flowers are girly and a bird is boyish enough. hehe. Good Luck! and let me know how it comes along. Since the move I haven't done anymore, but I really love it so I will start back up. The wood is REALLY cheap at hobby lobby. I'll post another sign I made for my kitchen with it.

Cassie - Okay, this is a sign I made for our kitchen (apple themed). This one only took about 3 hours from start to finish b/c I wanted it to have imperfections (wanted it to look folksy). For the coloring I just added a lot of water to a little acrylic paint and then rubbed it on with a cloth. I then varnished it and added a copper wire for hanging.

Kayla - Same name carries same traits I guess! I love hobbies (could be because I am an artist). You are very creative. I love your plaques! The funny thing is I had my heart set on becoming a veterinarian (I saw that you are going to Med school...CONGRATS) but decided against it since I would have to finish schooling away from home...so I went into Graphic Design.

Kayla - Thank you! My sister is a Vet. And my brother-in-law's girlfriend is majoring in graphic design. I think she (his g/f) is going to go to school in Colorado next (she's in a jr. college now in Wyoming). So far I like being a prof. student, haha. I'm good at that and know what people expect of me. Kinda freaks me out that in just 4 years I will be a doctor in charge of people's care! Maybe that's why I want to specialize, haha MORE SCHOOL. J/K! What are some of your favorite hobbies?

Heather - Thank you for your concern. No idea what kind of bug (except MEAN!), it was here and then gone in a flash. It sure did hurt like a son-of-a-gun though! I put ice on it and took benedryl.....it is looking better. It did take a pretty good chunk outta me, for a bite at least. I don't know why he had to come after me, I didn't do a thing to him!
