Her coat is so shiny. I think I've said this before, but she looks like a wet seal.

Thanks! I was so weirdly uncomfortable taking the picture though because, well, because he's the Governor. My hair WAS curly before the party started, but it completely fell out by the time the pics were taken.

Rebecca, your dog is such a little squishy cuteness!

Mari- what cute little critters. Their poses say a lot about them. One looks so sweet and obedient, and the other has that "I don't care" look about her.

Dog owner question: My SIL bought my little Annabelle a Coach collar for xmas. I don't want her to get it dirty, so she will not be wearing it unless she goes to a doggy day care play date or something. Anyways, we just bought her a new UT collar. What would you do? Let her wear it and screw it if it gets dirty or only let her wear it on special occasions? I swear I'm not a weirdo...I just realized that question was pretty funny.

ETA: Mari- you know I LOVE your little beagle pal. He's soooooo cute.

roma- i dont think you´re a weirdo , i would let her wear it only on special days. my dogs both have their party collars and
their regular ones. My dh makes fun of me.

Thanx for noticing mybeagle pic.. i love it!!! reminds me when my dog was just a puppy. How time flies ...(sigh)

Mari and Rebecca - Your furbabies are adorable! (as alwasy Rebecca )

Jo - My dog also has a couple of collars that are special occasion collars only. She is a whippet so I have to special order them, so it gets kinda pricey. The ones for everyday wear are cotton, and the special occasion ones are silk. I got her a silk one for christmas that is pink with japanese flowers on it, SO CUTE, she is fawn and white so light pink looks really cute on her.

Thanks girls. I don't feel so funny anymore. I am glad to know that other mommies treat their fur-babies so well.

Kayla- that is so sweet that you even know what color looks best on your little one. Annabelle is a beagle, so the coach collar really complements her tri-colored fur.

If I had a collar for different occassions, my dh would freak out! He already thinks I'm nuts for putting hats and bells on her! I"ve been wanting to buy her a pair of boots so the snow doesn't get jammed in between her toes, but he says NO!
