I can help out a little: DH - dear husband SO - Significant other O - Ovulation AF - aunt flow (your period) BBT - basal body temperature CM - cervical mucus CP - cervical position TMI - too much info TTC - trying to conceive EWCM - egg white cervical mucus BFP - big fat positive BFN - big fat negative These are all I can think of right now. This is funny to me. Since I work for the govt, we have so many acronyms that we have a website devoted to them, where you can type the acronym in and the site will define it for you. I never thought I'd see anything else with that many, but TTC is coming close!!!
