Judith- I truly don't feel you meant it in a bad way. I am just so worried about upsetting people or offending people. I went through so much myself trying to get pregnant, that I know sometimes it really hurts when others come along and have kids. I just don't want to make anyone feel uncomfortable. The forum must be getting bigger, because all I search for under yahoo was conception tips, conception info. and this site came right up. Like I said I have been reading daily for over a year, about a 11/2 yr. now. I was just worried about coming in since I already had 2 kids. My husband told me to just try and I would know if I would be accepted. I probably should have just tried a mommy forum first.

Thank you again for the kinds thoughts.

Thanks Ladies, I guess I'm oversensitivity right now. SO much for stopping BFing! I thought my hormones would be better, but I guess I'm just more sensitive right now. I think everyone has been so welcoming to me. I appreciate it. My intentions are truly well. I was hoping to add to encourage some and speak to others with similar interests and concerns. As some of you know, its nice to have adults to talk with.

Viki, please don't think you aren't welcome b/c you have more kids! lol. This is a great site with a wonderful group of mommies to share stuff with and you are part of that group. We are glad you finally joined!

Ksh, yay to crumbles! My Aidyn won't eat cheese any other way. lol. I sent her to my mom's house Saturday with a slice of cheddar and my mom said she totally refused. Ooops. I ran out of crumbles...sorry. lol. Mine only like the sharp kind too. Sounds like my girls are having trouble with their afternoon nap too.

Judith, where did he get the elmo cd?! Sounds like fun! I know there is an elmo doll that you can personalize like that too.

We're having a rough day here. Aidyn on occasion likes to swallow her food whole...ok, more often than not the girl doesn't chew well. Uggh. So today at lunch she was snacking on goldfish after she finished lunch which she actually ate well. Then she took a sip of water and it went downhill from there. She choked a little on the water and it came back up with a few goldfish. I thought that was the end of it and wham! Up came the rest of her lunch. I feel like it's always one step forward two steps back with her. When we have a good meal she PUKES! Oh well, she ate a banana a little while later and drank some milk.

Be back, going to check on the not-so-sleeping beauties. lol.

Judith - I cant get Alyssa to eat anything other than beets & tomatos today. Maybe Mason IS teething really bad & needs something soft to chew. Maybe some sweetpotatos cubes or something? Just thought that would help

AHHHHHHHHH I cant wait for dh to come home. I need a break lol

AWW Lou - IM so sorry about Aidyn eating.. I know this will get better soon.

Almost quitting time...I can't wait to get home to my girl! I hope to get a few good pics of her new face scrunching she's been doing!

Dh and I are going look at a camper tonight and hopefully make an offer!

Vicki-you said you are a baker by trade, right? What kind of easy fall recipes do you have that you're willing to share? I'm so ready for fall. I can't wait to get out my turtlenecks!!

Lou-sorry about the rough lunch!

Well, I've got a cranky little bear on my hands, I think I'm going to bath her early and put her to bed.

Can I whine a little? I don't really like ttc. It is so much. I miss bding b/c I feel like it, not b/c "its time". Don't get me wrong, I love to bd, I just want it when I feel like it, not when I have to. I'm too obsessive to not bd during O time. Blah. Ok, I'm done, and I feel better. Thanks for listening.

Kristy - That's why I'm not ttc actively. All of the pressure associated with ttc is too much, especially after 2 1/2 years. I have a feeling, though, that it won't take you too long (besides, it's nice having you back on the ttc side )

Kristy- We are here anytime so vent away!! I'm so sorry you are going through this. How long were you ttc before Liv? I can't remember.

Tammy- So sorry about the teething. It just wipes you out huh?? Hope Dh gave you some relief tonight. Mason seems to want the crunchy cheerios on his gums but not warm stuff. I gave him some cold cantaloupe and he gobbled it up.

Vicki- You found some great deals on ebay. I never find NWT ones that cheap. Any tricks?

Amy- How are you and Nate doing?

Lou- The Elmo CD was a present, but I know she got it at the mall. It's from a place called Just me Music. Here is the website on it if that helps. Mason loves when it sing Elmo's world then he sings Mason's world. He looks up everytime Elmo sings his name. Elmo also sing with other Sesame Street characters so I think this may transition him into watching that show. Yes I saw the elmo doll. Maybe something for Christmas for him.

Just Me! Music

ksh- Anything special you are looking for or just good fall baked goods? I will get some ready to include. I have some great easy ones. By the way, yes I am a baker. I was working ft as a baker for a local bakery, but I left when I had Nate. Now I help out occasionally (around holidays or wedding times) and I run a small business out of my home.

Judith- My tricks?... I just really watch the auctions and I try to buy off season. So you will get great deals on the off season. Buying shorts in the early winter, long sleeves in early summer. Also, Dec. and January are very slow clothes shopping times on eBay. I will buy then. I'm picky though, so when I find something I really want. I keep my eyes out on the auctions daily. I don't spend alot of time.

Ladies sorry if I reacted quickly, I really don't want to make anyone uncomfortable. I appreciate being welcomed with open arms. You ladies
seem like a wonderful group.Thank you for your patience with me.

Hey there Mamas. I know that a good bit of you make your own baby food and I just ordered a couple of books so I can read up. But I have a question. Are there many fruits that are given as purees that are about to go out of season? Should I go ahead and make them and freeze them so Charlie will have them? Any help would be appreciated. I don't want to "miss the boat."

Hope you are all well.. I try to check up over here when I can!!

christie - to be honest..i've made a lot of purees from frozen fruit. peaches, blueberries, mangos...i did go thru a lot of fresh pears tho...but i don't when the seasons are really for what fruit...so i don't know if i'm really helping or not...LOL and as for apples, i buy unsweetened applesauce now...

lou - abby is only on milk now...since last thurs i think. she's reacted fine to it...just won't drink it from a sippy now so she gets 2 eight oz bottles a day. i just don't know what i'm going to do once i take the bottles away. she eats a lot of yogurt, cheese, other diary's...so hopefully she gets enough. sorry about the food episode today

vicki - sorry for the late response, but of course you are welcome here!

ksh - of course venting is allowed!!! i'm not even TTC to i feel like bding is a chore sometimes

tammy - hope you got some 'you' time...

Laruen - When Abby drinks milk in her bottle do you warm it up? If you do maybe try warming the milk up in her sippy cup.
