Jess - I've tried breaking Bladen of his blanket. He sucks on a blanket at every nap and bedtime. I started with naps and he cried for over an hour, as soon as I caved, he was fast asleep. Maybe when he is 20...lol!

Thanks! I feel better about this one. When I tested, it came out nice and dark...last time, it was faint - so I'm hoping that is a good sign. I'm not calling the dr until I'm 6 weeks, I already have vitamins so I'm good

Thanks for the reassurance on the binkies....our happy girl is back, there was absolutely NO crying at bedtime and she slept in till 7:20 this morning which is almost a record for her!

Seems like everyone on the "not a baby anymore" side went on hiatus this month!

I will be leaving for Tennessee tomorrow, and then on to Georgia the next day...we are going to Marietta area for a friend's wedding all weekend. We will be back Monday Night.

i don't know if all remember, but the beginning of august rob took an exam to be a border patrol officer. Well, he passed!! he sent in a ton of paperwork yesterday and they are already calling him to do the physical and to get that scheduled!! i don't know what i would do with him gone for 3 months...but this would be an assume job for him/us.

I miss traveling. I did a lot in my single days. I'm sure we will again once the kids get older. Now we just do weekend getaways, but with three kids I'm sure we will have to split them up.

Bladen goes to the neuro today. I'll find out more about his seizures and will probably find out about surgery. He seems to be doing find right now - just still not talking. Well he talks but you can not understand but a few words. He'll sit and have whole conversations but I have no clue.

Hey Girls!!! I'm not sure what happened over here, but you guys are way to quiet.

I'm sorry I haven't been on here in forever. Olivia and I have gotten really involved in alot of things. We joined two playgroups. One is a large group with children of all ages and one is a small group with children just her age. We are also enrolled in Kindermusik. I absolutely love everything we are doing right now. We have made so many friends, our calander usually has at least 3 activities each week. Plus, I started back to school in August. I am taking one class online and one class at thursday nights. My goal is to take about 4-5 classes each year and graduate in about 3 years. I am also doing alot with my sewing business. I'm getting alot of orders from playgroup and thier referrals.

DH and I are still TTC... I am on cycle day 2 of our 6 month trying. We aren't really stressing out about it though since DH and I said 2-3 years apart would be just fine with us. If it hasn't happened in another year we'll probablly get a little more aggressive.

So what is everyone up to? I hope everyone is doing well

Hannah is sick AGAINIt's only been a week since her last dose of antibiotics and she's got a high fever again. I don't know what to do. Toby is taking off (his LAST sick day) tomorrow and she has a dr. appt. at 9am. I have to go to work b/c I have 3 tests to give, plus send home report cards and have a team meeting. I also don't feel good - maybe strep throat. Last year I got it twice in 6 weeks, then I thought I had it again so I rushed to the dr. and it was nothing. So I'm trying to wait and see right now.

Kelly - Sorry Hannah is sick again. Seems like we are getting a little cold around my house. I was reminded by my dr. to get a flu shot because I don't have a spleen anymore - but I can't cause I'm preggo

Ok, we after Bladen's neuro visit - We have decided to up his meds and in a few weeks we are going to do a repeat 23 Hour VMR. This is the test where he is all wired up and hates it, so not looking forward to this again. But it is critical in seeing if this med is working. Also, Bladen's head is larger than average - I think he looks proportionate, but they are concerned one of his tumors is growing, so we have to do an MRI soon as well. He didn't mention anything about surgery and I didn't bring it up either. So now I'm waiting on a phone call to set these appointments up. The neuro did say, I don't see any signs of autism, he makes eye contact and tries to talk. I didn't think he had autism (a lot of these TS kids do) because he is always up in his sister's business

So that's the update. Oh and I'm going to call the OB today for an appointment!!
