Hi- I'm new to this board. I'm 34 and my DH is 35 we have been ttc#1 for +6 months. We've been married just over 2 years and would have started ttc earlier but I was on a lot of medications for my Fibromyalgia that I had to wean off of. I would really like to "fast-track" conception so that I don't have to stay off all my meds any longer than I have to! My family is really fertile so I figured on being off of them for a few months to conceive, pregnancy and time nursing. I unfortunately am not like the rest of my family! I found out I was not Oing so I started 50mg Clomid last cycle. It appears that I O'd on it so I will be taking it again this cycle. I also just started low dose of Metaformin. My OB/GYN is handling everything right now but may need to move on to IF specialist as some point. YIKES! I have a history of PCOS, endometriosis, and hypothyroidism but didn't really understand how that could affect my fertility until we started ttc. I've come to this board hoping to learn more and just have a place to vent frustrations that DH doesn't understand!

WelcomeI just recently joined this forum as well and so far its great! I also have endometriosis....well, i'm pretty sure I do. I haven't been on BC for 5 years and my husband and I have never used anything to protect against having a baby. The only symptom I have is that I spot one week before I start. Sucks I've come to terms with the fact that it might be difficult and said we're officially trying Wish you the best of luck in your journey!!
