I am a HUGE X-Files fan . Is any one else going to see the new X-Files movie on the 25th? I am excited but it was well overdue .

I'm sure we will get a baby sitter and see it. Probably not opening weekend, but we definatley will.

I am curious to know what the whole plot will be to this one. They didn't really give away a whole lot in the trailer. I did hear that it is not going to be about aliens. Which that is fine with me because they kinda overdid it toward the end of The X-Files anyways. Should be interesting!

Kayla - This movie is a stand alone plot. It's not part of the big conspiracy. I'm kinda glad, because, like you, I felt like that was done enough.

Mere - Yeah I think that the first 6 seasons were my favorite ones. They seemed to get "lost" in the last few seasons. It seems to me like they strayed from the original idea of The X-Files where each episode had it's own unique storyline. I feel old when I think about it. I was pretty young when the show started in '93!!!!!!!!!!!

Kayla-Dh is the one that got me hooked on X-files when we first started dating back in 1996. That and the Simpsons, lol.

I saw the movie....it was good but VERY different. I have a few gripes but I can't say anything because I will give some stuff away.
