"Nicole Kidman's rep has confirmed that she and Keith Urban, both 40, are expecting a baby. Rumors grew louder today when the actress dropped out of a scheduled film role, but sources say Nicole wished to keep the pregnancy quiet due to prior miscarriages and an ectopic pregnancy. The publicist said,

Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban confirmed today that they are expecting a baby. The couple are thrilled!

Nicole's mother has told the Australian press that she 'thinks it's in July' in regards to the due date. When asked outside a restaurant about the pregnancy this evening, Nicole replied that she was 'very excited...thrilled,' but refused comment on the sex of the baby, citing it as 'too personal."

The 'thinks it's in July' part makes me wonder about twins? I'm glad to hear this, actually. They say that the m/c she had years ago was a big contributing factor in the break up of the marriage to Tom Cruise. I can certainly understand how that can happen. I've actually thought about her and that subject in the past year.

GO Nicole and Keith!!!! She deserves to be happy with a man who is not a psycho! I wish them the best! If she is due sometime in July, wouldn't it still be a tad too early to know the sex anyhow? Reporters are WAY too nosy.

I am happy for them too! Makes you wonder though what her entire journey was like. We read all the stories of our IF girls and wonder how much of that did she go through too! No matter how she got it natural, IFV, Donor Eggs....she's going to be a mommy, again. I'm happy for them! .... and...Keith is hot!
