Kelly - that is no problem.

Im thinking about doing this in May so that will give people time to experiment - but we will see and can take a vote as to when everyone is ready, so no rush! I would also recommend using scrapbookflair program that I posted above for anyone that doesnt have a proper program to use. You can also find free kits to use on their download/freebie page

FREE DIGITAL KITS
Scrapbook Flair MarketPlace Freebies

or by going to any search engine and typing "FREE DIGITAL SCRAPBOOKING KITS". Nothing is stopping anyone from purchasing kits either .

also when installing/saving your kits, don't forget you have to "extract" the files. If anyone needs further info on how to do so they can pm me .

The more people we have joining the better and more exciting this will be!! . Everyone on the board is welcome to join!! I will start a new thread once all the details are in order next month or whenever we all decide we are ready!!

Im just wondering cause the kits are designed at 300 dpi ( dots per inch) and print quailty if you wanted to print them. I guess what Im wondering is if they load at that high resolution. No worries if you cant answer, Im just curious.

edit: iM looking on their site and i havent found it yet, but something I read is leading me to believe that YES they are HIGH quailty resoultion pages!!! I will post a definate answer once I find it!
Yes, they load absolutely enormous! But it hasn't been a problem for me, I just instantly change the dimensions to whatever I need. You can change the height, then hit whatever button keeps the ratio the same, and instantly it is small enough to use.

Have you extracted the files???

This is what a zipped "compressed" folder looks like after you install a kit ( the yellow folder with the zipper on it)

Then if you double click on a folder this is what you see next.

Then after you extract the files, it turns into a regular yellow folder with No zipper on it and your kit will be inside.

I don't think so??? I don't have that program anymore so I'm not really sure what to tell you. I know when I used it there were some glitches like not being able to add a background unless I went through the embellishment option. Maybe the two Sarah's can direct you better, hmmm.

What option are you using in SBF to try and insert the items? and if you go into the folder directly from your computer do you see the kit, paper, embellishemets inside the folder?
