Kayla ~ I used a foam type of spermicide part of this cycle. 1st time to use it though so that is why I was nervous about maybe being pg but it seems to have worked. I got BAD migraines (like you, throwing up and such) on ortho tricyclin lo since the hormones change, but on kireva (sp?) I didn't b/c it is a steady dose the whole cycle...maybe something to consider with your gyn. I too am hesitant about IUD, my gyn suggested it but I don't think its for us. As soon as I wean Ashlyn I want to be back on the kireva, my skin was SO CLEAR on it! Okay, sorry to ramble...I hope you figure out what's right for you!

For those that asked, the gel we use is a spermicide and a barrier. It has worked for us and we both think is easy. We have had a few have to stop in the heat of the moment which is frustrating but all in all it has always worked. We have some friends that do not want any kids and until last year when they found someone to do a vasectomy they used the pill, the gel and condoms because she has twin sisters that both have a set of twins so they were really careful.

Cass, I am so excited for you. Aside from the cost of Daycare you will find that they dont cost nearly as much for #2 for some reason

$ is definately always a factor....darn it. We would have to spend ~$400 a week in daycare for 2...YIKES. What stinks is that I'm like a working mom (gone all day, my work follows me home as studying, we have to use daycare, etc) but I don't bring home a paycheck. Hoping *knowing* it all will be worth it some day.

Ok I am going to hold my pee for as long as I can! I get off of work in like 2 hrs. I will stop on the way home and get one, but I don't want dh to know I'm taking it incase it's not positive. I don't want him to freak out and like use two condoms from now on If it is I don't want to just tell him I want that "big sister" shirt My cycles were longer when I got off of BCP the first time, I just don't feel "late".

We are going to dinner with some friends too. I get home at 5 and we are supposed to meet them there at 6! I have to change Rhylee and all...It might not be until we get back.
