Maybe Hannah's cranky today b/c she's going through another growth spurt. She slept for almost 5 hours this morning/afternoon but woke up twice during that time. She went 6 hours between feedings last night, but has been wanting to eat every 2 hours all day, and mad that she can't get the milk out fast enough.

Kelly- I hear ya on the growth spurts...I had forgotten how tiring they can be. Jonathan's been eating SO MUCH the last couple of days. He's eaten more solids than he ever has AND has been nursing every 1.5-2 hours. He even woke up every 2 hrs at night and refused to go back to sleep without eating. Geez....I feel like l have a really big newborn

speaking of eating...ahhh, gotta run

Lauren, you could print on some scrapbook paper and then tie it with a decorative ribbon to a heavier cardstock.

Hi everyone, was able to read through July's posts but I still missed so much from June.

Avery is just rolling around everywhere, I turned around for a minute and she was halfway across the room. She also scares me the way she sleeps, she likes to turn in toward the crib bumper and grab it and then bury her face in it. Her third tooth is also coming in, with a fourt to follow.

Kristy-I love your vacation pics! you are all so beautiful and Jack is too cute. Sorry about his heartburn, hopefully the meds will work.

Judith-I think with Mason already showing reactions to so many things I would hold off on the dairy, if I were you. Happy Anniversary! Ours is next month and will be 8yrs, with 11yrs total with living together. I always say that DH and I grew up together since we met pretty young.

Robin-people are just too rude! I hate it when people compare siblings.

Ksh-Happy 1st birthday to Olivia!

Lauren-I missed why you have to find a job, but good luck! I know you don't want to miss any time with abs. I love the new pic.

Cassie-I love your new family pic! DH is so bad when it comes to being in pictures

Amber-here's my 2cents on the food thing. We do cereal and fruit around 11amish and then a vegetable at around 6:30pm. The solids are given in between feeding times. We did cereals first and then veggies and then fruits.

Kelly-Avery didn't go without a middle of the night feeding until I did formula at bedtime, but I think it was because my milk production was low.

Lou-sorry about missing the beach. Its been raining forever! thundering as we speak.

I think I got everyone!

Hi everyone! Hope you are having a nice day. Charlie had a bad night last night. Couldn't get him to settle down until 1 and then up every 1 1/2 hours after that. Phew.. I was exhausted. DH stayed and worked from home this morning so that I could sleep a few hours. He is such a love. Still not sure if it is the formula stopping him up. I had to give him another bottle last night bc he kept trying to nurse and it was like there was nothing left. My nipples were KILLING me from all that eating. Sorry to whine..

Robin- What an awful comment.. I too think both of your girls are beautiful.

Lisa- I used to have family say the same thing about my sis and me. That I was more of a "classic" pretty.. what the heck does that mean? She has the blonde hair and green eyes and I have brown hair and brown eyes.. so does classic mean plain? LOL People are dumb...

Kelly- Sorry that Hannah was fussy. I too am looking forward to some sort of schedule. So far I have just been working off 3 hour stretches. When did you start working towards one?

Bina- Yay to more teeth. Avery is gorgeous!

Lauren- Good luck finding some invites. You could always just buy a big pack of red cardstock and print the words and black ladybugs on them with your printer. You could fit two to a page and use standard card envelopes.. just a thought.

Hi Judith! Happy Anniversary!

Rebekah-I feel your pain!

I think I caught everyone!

thanks for the tips girls i found really cute ladybug blank note cards that i was going to buy and use as her thank you's. do you think it would be tacky to use them as invites and thank you's? i'm sure my dh can figure out how to come up with something to print and make it fit the note card...and then use the left over's for her thank you's....what do you think?

pandc - what a sweet dh you have

thanks bina

Lauren - No it is not tacky to use them as invites and thank yous. I used some old wedding thank you cards for my baby shower gifts.

Lauren, I don't know how crafty you are, but these are super cute and wouldn't be too expensive!

Here is another invitation I found that you could print on white cardstock but I LOVE the cut-out ladybug!

Kristy, I use that site for home and school.

I just made 4 differant kinds of cookies with the girls. My kitchen may never be the same I am so proud of Molly, she did an entire recipe all by herself.

Kristy, she made Oreos (we call them Lorios because my mom always makes them and her name is Lori) they are really easy because you make them with cake mix.
