Kelly - I did that this morning, I put him on his mat that has the toys overhead and he laid there looking at it for about 15-20 minutes before he started calling to me to pick him up. Liam naps really well because he falls asleep while I'm b/f'ing him. I am getting much better about using the "babysitters" (that's what I call the bouncy seat and the swing) because sometimes I really need to put him down so I can eat, get something to drink, or use the bathroom. I even had to put him in the bouncy today so I could chase the dog around the yard because she was barking. (she doesnt come when I call her if she's been barking ). I felt so bad leaving him, but I couldn't stand the barking any longer. Luckily he forgave me when I picked him up again.

Lauren - Wow dh was working late again Glad Abby liked her dinner, how did you make the Chicken Parm, what do you use?

This is the one I use, its from the hellman's mayo label

Parmesan Crusted Chicken

1/2 cup of Mayo

1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

4 boneless chicken breast halves

1/4n cup of Italian Seasoned bread crumbs

Combine Mayo & Cheese. Spread on chicken then roll chicken in bread crumbs to cover them in it. Bake @ 425 for 20-25 minutes.

Thank you all so much for the support!! It means a lot to me and made me feel much better

Amy- I am so sorry about Nate not eating. Hopefully just because he is teething. Mason was and didn't eat so well.

Christie- Are your in-laws coming? Hoe you get a break instead!!

Kelly- That must hard doing the work count down. I hope the bottle goes well with MIL during your pratice baby sitting.

Tammy- I make chicken parm by dipping the chicken in a beat up egg mixed with a little milk. Then dipped in breadcrumb. You can bake that then at the end top with red sauce & mozzerella cheese!!

Kristy- That is so funny Jack is like Mason. Well the good news if Jack continues is Mason is becoming more independent now. Plus I get soooo many comments from people saying they have never seen a baby with such personality plus. He loves interacting with people.

Wendy- Happy 1 month Liam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lauren- Happy 11 months Abby!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lauren - that's soo cute! I can't wait to feed Rhylee our food...I guess i really could start...she eats everything! LOL! Problem is, I don't cook enough! I just never know what to cook and can't find the time to do it. I hate getting home and sticking her with her toys or infront of baby einstien to cook I want to PLAY with her! Oh well...we'll get there! LOL!

My girl is REALLY trying to crawl!!! She's moving her arms and scooting those legs, she just hasn't "taken off" yet! Watch her really start going on vacation!!! We worked with her a lot yesterday afternoon and dh seen her do it this morning, she did her little crawl to get a toy. The pulling up in the tub I finally had to just lay her down in there last night!

I HAVE TO PACK TONIGHT!!!!

Cassie - If it was me I would want her to wait to crawl till after vacation lol it will be much easier on you!!!! Wow she is one strong girl.

Judith - Lela did the getting up at 5 for a few weeks but grew out of it. But you have it even worse because he doesn't sleep all night. He just must not require much sleep in his pictures he doesn't look sleep deprieved at all.

Lauren - Your poor DH is really working so hard.

Lela is doing really good I can't believe how fast she is learning she seems to learn a new word every few days. My brother and his girlfriend stopped real quick last night so Lela was standing by the door with me and she kept saying "B" (that's what they call my brother) and pointing in the house lol she wanted him to come in.

I wanted to mention everytime Alyssa plays in our front window "curtain" she gets red bumps all over the back of her neck.. I dont know if its the dust/cat hair on the curtains or the fabric but what do you all think? could she be allergic to them?

Tammy - We are leaving Thursday night and coming back sometime on Monday. I bought an extra memory card for my camera!!! Now we have 3 memory cards! LOL! I forgot dh had one of his own.

Hmmm I'd say the cat hair probably...or dust LOL! That was helpful!

Cassie - Good girl on the mem card and that will be really nice to get away for a bit .. I havent washed the curtains in like forever & I told dh I need to take them down and wash them or we need to buy blinds but our window is HUGE and the blinds would cost us a fortune... this is the same window my neighbour likes to peek into right into our livingroom on the front porch, so I dont want anything see-through

Tammy with the curtains I would first try to take them down and wash them, cause blinds are VERY expensive! Are they Long curtains, that go almost to the floor, or are they just the size of the window? cause if they are long, maybe you could hem them up to just the bottom of the window, and then maybe she wouldn't play in that as much, AND maybe the cat wouldn't either

Cassie - sounds like Rhylee and CJ are doing all the same stuff at pretty much the same time! Little Miss Independants we seem to have! As for cooking - it is easier when you have a menu for the week planned out in advance...when I follow a menu, I buy all the food for the week at once, and then already know what to make, and most of the recipes I use only take 20 minutes to make. When I don't use a menu, I basically don't cook for the same reasons you mentioned.

Here is a site where I have subscribed to preplanned menus.... http://www.savingdinner.com You can get a years worth of dinner menus with 6 recipes per week and a fully compiled grocery list at the front, for about $30....so 312 recipes plus a few, and that makes it about 10 cents per meal to have the menus, and you can save them as PDFs and you can print them and put then in a binder, and then it is like a year long cookbook and you can use it over and over!!! Oh, and they have a menu called Body Clutter, which is basically "good carb"/lower carb dinner recipes, and gives suggestions for breakfasts, snacks and lunches as well, I bet it would be aeasy to figure into Weight Watchers points.

Abby is 1 month shy of a year!! WOWOW!

And Liam already a month old! Seems like Wendy just came over here!

tammy - wow...that's creepy that your neighbor likes to peek into your front window. as for the chicken parm, i put some seasoning on the chicken and then cover them in sauce. mix some parm cheese and other seasoning in the sauce and bake for a 1/2 hr. then i cover the chicken in mozzerella cheese, let melt and voila! i do make a parm encrusted chicken, i should combine them as for the curtains...might just be the material? abby breaks out if dh kisses her because of his beard...so maybe something is just irritating her from the material they are made out of...

judith - wow...i don't think i'd know what to do with myself and abby at 5am...LOL

cassie - hope you guys have tons of fun on vaca! that's great that rhylee is trying to crawl. it will happen before you know it.

robin - he really is working hard...then when he comes home he HAS to shower so by the time he was done it was 8:30 and he got an hour with abby. he's just not liking the not seeing abby all day. it's really getting to him because that's what he's used to. i send him pics all day from my phone of her and video too. yesterday i got video of her calling for him, and he LOVED that one how is your dh doing with training? i'm sure you and the girls just miss him! (i feel bad complaining about him being home late..sorry )

kelly - when is your mom's bday...i've been shopping for my mom's online all morning. my mom's is this sunday.

from abby i got my mom this little plaque that says "Grandma, another word for love" (in the middle) and then the bottom says "The love and devotion I gave to my child I thought i could give no other. But life held a lovely surprise for me the day I became a Grandmother"

i need your opinion girls...we are going to get family pics done at the same time as abby's 1 yr pics. they told us all to wear the same solid color. besides white, i don't really know what else to do. i found grey polo's for all 3 of us, but i don't know about that either. what do you think about dh and i wearing grey, and abby wearing pink. or dh and I wearing brown, and abby wearing pink?

and thank you for the bday wishes for abby here's to an emotional month....

happy 1 mo. liam..and happy bday wendy from yesterday

ok, sorry this was so long...

Judith - That sucks having issues with DH. Has he always been so uncooperative? The first year is the toughest. Hopefully you guys can talk at a non emotional time. I know that it wasn't until YEARS later that my ex told me how he felt that first year. That he was in mourning cause his wife turned into a mother and he just didn't know what to do to get me back. In retrospect we both would have done things differently but when you are in the mix of things with no sleep (I also have insomnia off/on for years) it's tough to see clearly.

Tammy - I make the same chicken, but I make it with milk too. I actually just washed my curtains. It had been like 7 months.

Lauren - I would go with brighter colors. Lighter colors tend to wash skin tones out. Are you doing them indoor or out? With background or without? That makes a difference. I've always like red in portraits. Or Blue with khaki colored bottoms?

Betsy - i had thought of red as well...but you do know how hard it is to find something SOLID for a baby girl?!?! you don't realize it til you need to find it. everything has prints on it i swear. target had a grey and white. or a different brand had a light cream, a seafoam green, or a raspberry. i had picked 3 raspberry colored shirts out for all 3 of us at target yesterday, but they were all different shades...

Lauren - There are sooo many ways to make chicken parm I have like 3 recipes but I really like the mayo one
