ANG - Kaitlyn is a DOLL!!! Alyssa started walking at 10 months on her own, 9 months with her walker!! She can say a bunch of words but Nothing like Robin's lela!! She can say, mama, dada, buba, nana, hi, ki ( for cat), sometimes I hear her say "wow" ,umm I cant think but ther is more HOPE TO SEE YOU AROUND HERE MORE!! looks like she is the next baby turning 1

Hope everyone had a good 4th!

Rhylee was up on all fours yesterday just a rocking back and fourth. She'd scoot one leg forward every now and then. I'll have to try and get it on video. She goes from sitting leans foward and gets on her hands and knees!!! Too cute!

OMG 9:28 and we are both just getting up , good thing too I had a bad headache last night and this am still too and took some advil at 7am and back to bed with alyssa.

I have some papers to go through today & I will post what I learned and a whole topic on 'picky eaters" I will be creating a thread over in the 1 year section for those that would like to check it out!! Please guys if you have anything you have found for 1yr and up please add them over in the "not a baby anymore" Im sure everyone will benifit from the stuff that is there now, but looks like Im the only one adding

Poor Lela has had a fever I think she is teething again.

Ang - Lela crawled at 10 months took her first steps at 10 1/2 months and I would say she was officially walking at 11 months. She started saying words around 7 months old. Wow your little one is almost 1 how exciting.

Pand - Your friend and her family are in my thoughts and prayers how sad.

i woke up kind of late this morning...luckily i don't have to be anywhere til 1pm...meeting up with my pg friend. and little missy is STILL sleeping. i normally would have woke her up by now, but i have this book i'm reading and it's giving me an excuse to be able to read it before this evening but i am going to get her now...she needs a bath this morning too...

Tammy - no I'm not ready! LOL!!! She doesn't scoot or army crawl or anything. I guess she could just go strait to crawling. I'd like to see some video of Alyssa talking!!! I just love little voices!

We're late sleepers everyday - that's going to be the hardest part of going back to work. I get up when DH leaves to make his lunch & coffee, then it's usually back to bed for and hour or 2.

I'm glad to hear so many babies liked the movies. Maybe we'll take her to one soon, then. Do you have to pay for the baby?

Well, Hannah's up from her 30 minute nap - it was just enough time for me to read through the posts. Hopefully she'll get a good one in later so I can work out. I'm sure it's either raining or way too hot for a walk.

kelly - you shouldn't have to pay for a baby...they don't take a seat since abby sat on our laps she was free...

tammy - abby likes to hold conversations too. her face expressions change like she knows exactly what she's saying. she also answers us, in her language...LOL. if we say "ah" she answers "ah"....we go back and forth all the time. especially in the car..it's so cute. right now she's "talking" to me thru the rails...i just eat it up!

Hello all! Hope you are having a nice Thursday. I hated that DH had to go back to work today. He did come home for lunch so that was nice! Thanks for the thoughts and prayers for my friend. They are just hanging on.. visitation is tomorrow night, funeral is on Saturday. We had a nice 4th.. cooked out with friends and watched the fireworks downtown.

Charlie slept so well last night. 2 almost 4 hour stretches. It felt great!

Kelly- Sorry for the pumping troubles still. I wish I had some great advice. Sounds like yall had a fun 4th and you stayed with your points! WTG! We sleep in late everyday too!

Lauren- Yay for Abby in the walker and all the "talking". So sweet! I read late last night and couldn't figure out what yall were talking about until I saw your post about taking the invites off. LOL

Robin- Sorry about Lela's fever.. poor love.

Cassie- Yay for rocking.. crawling will come soon!

Hope everyone had a nice holiday.

We had a nice Anniversary. Just brought a blanket to lay on at the concert in the park and watched the fire works. Mason loved crawling all around and loved grabbing the grass. Then during the fireworks he would smile and laugh at the really big ones

Cassie- That is really young to be doing that!! Yay Rhylee!!

Lauren- Mason started using his walker a few days ago and loves it. Sometimes he stops to play with toys on it. I wish it was just plain. LOL

Tammy- I will check out the stuff you posted.

Rough night with Mason not wanting to sleep. Finally at 2:30am I did the cry it out method. He cried FOREVER. Me going in the room to assure him he was alright just made him get worse so I stayed out of there after about 1 hour of doing it. It took a bit longer but it FINALLY worked!! This was the first time he ever feel asleep crying. Although 30 minutes later he was up crying again but the next time he didn't cry as long. This went on all night. Then he was up at 7am So I'm not sure how successful we were because aren't they suposse to sleep a while after they cry it out?? LOL I will keep trying because with my back I can't lean over the crib on the low setting anymore. I pulled my back out so bad and had spasms terribly!!

Judith - I've been having to try the cry it out thing too. She went down with NO problems last night though. When I let her "cry" it out she doesn't really cry though, mostly just screams.

Today was my first day back to work. I don't think I slept much last night. I went to bed at 11pm then tossed and turned and cried and hated dh for not making enough money so I could stay home with my babies
