Default Birthday party appetizer recipes

Give me some ideas....Riley is soon to be TWO and her party is this weekend. I have 38 people coming to my house....10 of her friends and their parents.

I am doing cupcakesthis year instead of a cake and probably ice cream with those....what else????

It is at 2 in the afternoon so I think keep it light and snacky!

Thanks in advance for your help!

I can't think of anything off hand but go to Kraft Foods - Great Recipes and Food Ideas and they have an entire section of appetizers all categorized. It is the best website...you can even search by ingredients.

At my friend's daughters bday, she did cucumber sandwiches (cream cheese and dill, w/ cucumber on top), as well as pb and jelly sandwiches. She used a cookie cutter to make them into butterflies (it was a butterfly themed party). It turned out really cute and was extremely easy! They were all on a platter, so guests could grab what they wanted.
