Birth - 8lbs 7 oz 21.5 Inches, left Hospital June 30th
1st Week Check up - 8lbs 2oz
July 25th 9lbs 15oz - ( 1 week before 1st Month Checkup! )
1st Month - Aug 1/06 - 10lbs 8oz & 22.4 Inches
2nd Month - Aug 29/06 - 12lb & 23.2 Inches
3rd Month - Sep 29/06- 13lbs & 24.4 Inches
4th Month - Oct 24/06 - 14lbs 8 oz & 25.1 Inches
5th Month - Nov 29/06 - 16lbs & 26 Inches
Dec 20th - weighed at home 17.4 lbs & Weight percentile: 80.5
6th Month - Dec 29/06 - 18lbs & 26.8 inches long & is Great at sitting unassisted
7th Month - Jan 29/07 - 18.8lbs & 28.7 inches long ( almost 2 inches )
Weighed at home at 7mths 2weeks - 19.8lbs
8th Month - March 8/07 - 19.8lbs, she was not measured
9th Month - April 18/07 - 22 lbs & 30.3 inches
10th Month - May 15/07 ( weighed at home as notice she is heavier ) 23.8 lbs
11 Months - Dr appt Tuesday June 5th 2007 weighs 24 lbs & 31 Inches
12 Months - July 9th - 25 lbs 8 oz and is or almost 31 inches tall

3 days after birth - 9lbs 5oz
2nd month - 12lbs 2 oz & 23 inches
3rd month - 14 lbs (weighed at urgent care with pj's and a diaper on)
4th month - 15 lbs 5.2 oz, 25 3/4 inches 99th percentile for height and weight
6th mo. - 17 lbs 11.4 oz, 27 1/4 inches. 77th percentile for weight and 90th percentile for height.
7 1/2 mo - 18lbs 8 oz (with one piece outfit and a semi wet diaper) 75th percentile
8 1/2 mo. - 18lbs 12oz
9 mo. 19 lbs (not measured)
10 mo. 19lbs 9 oz (not measured)

6lbs. 11 oz. 21" long

Down to 6 lbs. 3 oz. in hospital

Back up to 6 lbs. 9 oz. before discharge on 12-11-2006

First Ped App't. 12-13-06 still 6 lbs. 9 oz. but 21.5" long

Second App't. 12-29-06 already 7 lbs. 8 oz.....but they say only 20" - uhm - she DIDN't shrink!

Third app't. - went in to be checked out for a cold 01-08-07, One Month Old! - 8 lbs. 5 oz.!!!! ALREADY!! They didn't tell me a length .

Monday, Feb. 5th - 10 lbs. on the dot (with clothes on) - took her in for inconsolable crying after feeding, and when having gas or pooping - diagnosed with Reflux, prescribed Zantac, .4 ml 2X a day.

2 mo. app't 2-9-07 4pm - 9lbs. 11oz. & 22" long - first shots today.

Tues. Feb 27th - Reflux re-check - 10lbs. 5 oz.

4 mo. well-baby app't. 4-10-07, 1 pm -- 11 lbs. 8 oz., and 2 whole feet tall!!!!!! Also the doctor said she is very strong, has great head control, and object following for a 4 month old! She felt/saw th lower and upper right teeth coming in, too!!

6 mo. well baby app't 6-11-07, 13lbs. 12 oz. and 24.75 inches tall . Dr. said to go ahead and start solids! Oatmeal tomorrow!

8mo. - 15 lbs sitting on the bathroom scale!

9 mo. - Well Baby Checkup - 15 lbs. 11oz. and 27 inches tall! Dr was impressed with vocabulary with meaning ( Mama, Dada, and Baba) and her "good babbling", clapping, pointing, and baby sign for "ceiling fan"!

1 month - 10lbs 9oz, 22 inches long
2/26/07 visit, 11 lbs. 6 oz.
2 months - 11lbs 11oz, 22 3/4 inches long!
4 months - 13.13 lbs (50th percentile) Height: 24 1/2 inches (50-75%)
5 months - 15.04 lbs. **Bottom left tooth broke the skin** 5/21/07 bottom right 5/23/07.
6 months - 16lbs. 3oz., 26 inches long. (50th for weight & Height, 75th for head)
7 months - 18 lbs on home scale!
9 months - 18 lbs 4oz, 28 inches
10 months - 19lbs 4 oz
12 months - 20lbs 12oz, 29 inches Cutting 5 teeth! Molars & 2nd left front.
14 months - 22 lbs. Went for check up. 9 teeth so far...1 molar out and 3 others have broke the skin!
15 months- 22 lbs. 30 inches
19 months - 24.5 lbs. 33 inches tall!
