tammy - sorry, i wasn't ignoring you..i just saw this..LOL
i posted this recipe in the toddler recipes, but it's really an adult recipe so i'll post it here too Broccoli Quiche 4 oz sliced mozzarella cheese 4-8 oz mushrooms (i leave these out) 1 large onion diced 1 pkg frozen broccoli (i use broccoli/cauliflower mix) cooked 1 cup milk 4 eggs 5 tbsp flour In 9x9 pan (greased), place first 4 ingredients in order listed. Mix milk, eggs and flour well and pour over ingredients in pan. Bake 25-30 min at 400 or until golden and firm. 4 servings - 4pts each (you could also substitute pretty much anything in this. meats, veggies, etc. pts would change but probably not by much)

Bruschetta Chicken Bake 6pts i'm pretty sure for a serving. should give the servings and nutrition on the link. i use low fat cheese tho instead. and diced tomatoes with italian flavoring instead of plain diced canned tomatoes. gives more flavor
