tammy - does the chicken taste really ranchy? (yes, i used the word ranchy). dh isn't a ranch fan, but i'm wondering if he'd eat it if he didn't know.

oh, and for the oatmeal...they have the lower in sugar kind (quaker i think) it's only 2 pts. i ate the maple kind yesterday and it was really good just in case you wanted to know

How many points are the lean cuisine pizzas?

I almost bought the frozen pizza I used to eat before the diet since I decoded it and thought it was 9 points and I have more points from BF. Anyway, thankfully I looked and it said servings 3!!!!!! It was a tiny little personal frozen pizza. It would have been 27 points for that!!

i don't know if anyone checks this anymore...but i tried a new recipe tonight and it was really good. i again tweeked it so it was lower fat, but here it is. real version and my version:

Miracle Chicken Skillet

Prep time 10 min. Total 45 min

1/4 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing (Light Miracle Whip)
1 1/2 cups Minute White Rice, uncooked
1 1/2 cups chicken broth (low sodium)
1 tbsp chili powder
4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1lb) (6 chicken tenderloins)
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 cup Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese (low fat/reduced fat)

Mix dressing, rice, broth and chili powder in large skillet. top with chicken

Bring to a boil; cover. Reduce heat to low;simmer 25 minutes.

Top with remaining ingredients. Cook an additional 10 min.

Makes 4 servings. My version was 2 pts for 2 tenderloins, 3 pts for 3/4 cup of rice and then you'd need to point out what the mixture is for you depending on what you used exactly. Depending on the size of your chicken piece also will depend on the pts...but it's filling and very good. Dh and I thought it was a bit mexican tasting so we put a little taco sauce on it...very good like that too
