This is my before pic...this was from about 3 years ago.
 This is my after pic. Still a work in progress. I do not feel like there is much of a difference in the pics but I do not have many full body shots to chose from.  Pardon the faux muffin top. That stupid pic makes me look like I have a blasted jelly roll above my pants and it was just my stupid tank top underneath all bunched up!!!!!!!!!!  Stupid shirt. Oh well.... Okay, y'all are going to have to be satisfied with this one (at the bottom of the post) of me with Kayla and Marika this past weekend (thanks Kayla) until Gail gets me the other pictures. You can't see too much body clearly on me since we're sitting, my legs are funny, and there's a brown pillow behind my brown shirt, but you can see my face. But first, for comparison: there's a pic from the wedding 21 months ago, one from my bachelorette party (I put on another 10-15lbs after the wedding before I started to loose), and the one of me with Lou and the girls last September, when I had re-lost that 10-15lbs I'd put on since the wedding; I don't have one from when I topped out at 267lbs last spring -- I'm guessing I was about 255lbs or so in these three shots (and 202lbs now). Okay, so here you go:
   Now:  I'll post the new ones as soon as Gail can email them to me. I pestered her last night.

And here's one that my coworker just took. We were taking it to show her sister (Gail) that I don't have on any black today (it's a joke amongst friends, that I'm never without at least one article of black clothing -- I have black socks and underwear today, but nothing you can see, so it's a noteworthy event), and then I had a thought -- she said she could email it to me.
Now, I have on no makeup, my hair is pulled back, the angle on my face is no good, these pants don't fit right (too loose actually, so you can't see how thin my legs are), I have a poochie abdomen cause AF came today, the whole thing isn't too good, but you can see a lot. Gail is going to try to email the good ones we took Sunday from work later, where I have makeup and dressed up for you.  But, okay, here you go, this is me, right now today:

Awww...y'all are too sweet! I do really like the way those pix turned out! Taking them outside was a great idea of Gails'. So, I'm an honorary MILF, eh?
 Or I could be a FMILF...future-MILF. ROFL!  And Jenna, don't forget I'm 5'9". I do have a dense structure, so you are right, I never look like I'm as heavy as I am. My waist is shrinking, but still 35 inches. It was NINE INCHES smaller when I was 20 and wore this size...  I have some pictures of THAT I could scan, but I can't post them on the internet...LMAO!  Thanks, y'all! Seeing pictures makes me excited!!! And motivated!!! I'm just now starting to 'feel' thin(ish), you know? It's going to take a while to sink into my conciousness. Karen's going to flip out, huh?

YAY! SEE, Karen, I PROMISED this time, huh?!? ROFLMAO! *whew* Okay, now I can relax. Thanks Lisa, and Laura! Once I hit my goal, I'll have to take a 'final' picture and do some cropping and resizing stuff, and decide what to have as a really good 'before' shot, and have a few-shot progression/before-and-after thing where the pictures are all about the same size. And hopefully, I'll be able to buy myself another digital camera again soon. Mine went away last year, which is why I have to rely on everyone else to take/download pix for me. |
