Arrow Tammy's Easy Peasy Cake

2 Eggs
1 Cup Sugar
2tbsp Margerine or Butter
1tsp Vanilla
1 Cup Milk
2 Cup Flour - I have used Whole Wheat Flour
3tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
Add 1 cup of any kind of sweets or fruit -- see examples below. or leave as is and use icing to top cake/muffins

I have used things like choco chips, to lemon w/ cranraisins & poppyseeds ( my fav), blueberries,
apples & banana's . You name it, you can use it!! Also great to make plain and add icing to the top for cupcakes for kids parties or events.

Mix all together "add your fav 1 cup of sweets or fruit", put in any kind of pan ( "loaf, muffins" etc) you want that has been Lightly greased

Bake at 350 for 25 min.

Enjoy this EASY PEASY and CHEAP recipe!!

This is the recipe I used for Alyssa's 1st Birthday Smash Cake and turned it into a pool cake w/ jello. I didnt have those icing tips so I used a baggie and that didnt really work too well for the writing LOL .

Thanks Tammy! I'm gonna try it, but I have to do some sort of an egg substitute b/c the boys are allergic. I need to start practicing making cakes, b/c I plan to make their bday cakes (and being that I have never baked, I don't really know what I am doing!)
