Rainbow Corkscrew Pasta

I don't know exactly how much of everything to add. I guess just according to your liking.

1 pkg rainbow pasta salad (cook however long according to directions)
Red Onion -chopped
Ham -diced
small can of sliced black olives
Grated or chopped cheddar cheese
Burnstein red wine & garlic italian dressing (pour just enough all over pasta for flavoring)

Put in refigerater to get cold.

This is really yummy. Great for hot days too.

Lisa - for the Poor Man's Steak, do you cook the ground beef first?

No, just crumble it in little pieces. I also sprinkle some grated cheese over it just before it comes out of the oven. Hope you enjoy!

Everything I cook involves lots and lots and lots of jalapenos! Tomatoes, onions, jalapenos and avacado, then add meat or eggs and beans. I don't know if my DH will eat anything that doesn't involve 5-alarm fire type of heat and tortillas, but maybe I'll give some of these a try! As long as it's meat, he's usually good. Thanks girls!

Emily our husbands must be brothers, but mine doctors his up by adding peppers and hot sauce after it is cooked so others can eat it too. I like hot seasoned food too, but not as hot as he does.

Chicken Butt

A whole chicken is seasoned and slowly cooked on the
grill. This is a bit unorthodox, but the end result is moist,
flavorful, and amazing. All you'll need is some chicken, butter,
beer, and seasonings.

1 cup butter
2 tablespoons garlic salt
2 tablespoons paprika
salt and pepper to taste
1 (12 fluid ounce) can beer
1 (4 pound) whole chicken

Directions
1 Preheat an outdoor grill for low heat.
2 In a small skillet, melt 1/2 cup butter. Mix in 1
tablespoon garlic salt, 1 tablespoon paprika, salt, and pepper.
3 Discard 1/2 the beer, leaving the remainder in the can.
Add remaining butter, garlic salt, paprika, and desired
amount of salt and pepper to beer can. Place can on a
disposable baking sheet. Set chicken on can, inserting can into
the cavity of the chicken. Baste chicken with the melted,
seasoned butter.
4 Place baking sheet with beer and chicken on the
prepared grill. Cook over low heat for about 3 hours, or until
internal temperature of chicken reaches 180 degrees F (80
degrees C).

Then sprinkle nuts and add remaining cake mixture and bake the rest of the time of until you think is done. Wonderful! Let cool or you will burn youself!
