karen I hear ya on the staying motivated since it's getting cooler outside I swear sweatpants are evil you can gain weight and not even notice because they are so stretchy. I still haven't gotten a exercise routine down since being back at work. I'm going to the New Kids on the Block concert tonight in Cleveland lol I swear it's like being 13 again lol. This week I am going to start doing Taebo at home it's really the only way I'm gonna get any exercise in at all

I haven't done anything resembling exercise in a week and I just ate Wendy's for dinner. We are going out of town for the weekend and I just couldn't fit in cooking. At least I got a chicken sandwich. I have got to get my butt back on track Monday. I did weigh in at home and I seem to be about the same -no loss, no gain.

I am so happy Fall is here! I just love all the beautiful colors & cooler air, it is so refreshing!
I am down 2lbs, yay! No exercising here, just chasing Caleb around. I think that & getting the kiddos in & out of daycare everyday is workout enough Do you girls record your morning weight or evening? There is always at least a 1lb diff for me,anyone else like this? |

Hey Amber...I ALWAYS weigh different in morning than at night. So I prefer to go by the morning weight..
Way to go on the two pound loss!! WOOHOO!! I have been fluctuating five pounds for months. lose it gain it lose it gain it....UGH! |

Been going at it this week! The gym that is. lol GREAT class this morning!! The kind that everyone wanted to leave halfway through!! AWESOME! I am now eating a turkey sandwich and bowl of chicken noodle...Not sure it is the worst Icould eat.
I hope everyone is off to a good start this week. I have realized that even though the scale doesn't saywhat I want and even though I don't wear the size I want I am HEALTHY! My heart is thankful! I have very low blood pressure, low cholesterol and nothing wrong with me so I am doing a pretty great job! Let's look at exercise in a different light is what I am trying to say. Make it your NORM! I am so glad I have a healthy dh as well who works out daily and takes care of himself. Sorry for the life story ![]() |

Karen - that's great! Your lunch sounds pretty healthy, too. I still haven't gotten in any exercise. And we're out of water, and everythng, so I'm not drinking like I should either. I'm trying to cut back on portion sizes and late night eating this week. So far, so good.
