Default October weight loss chat

Okay girls October is here. The air is getting a bit crisper and Fall is here! Instead of pulling out the comfy clothes and letting that weight creep back on let's stay motivated!!!

I am still in full speed. Took yesterday off to jsut rest since AF showed and I was feeling AWFUL but my "rest" was with dh gone until 9pm lastngiht. So that being said wasn't much rest going on with two kids. Goit back to the gymthis morning and feeling better. We have a game at Tech tomorrow so that will include lots of walking but normally alot of calries at the tailgate so gotta watch all that! No willpower though so nto sure if it will happen.

How is everyone else...ANYONE out there???

karen I hear ya on the staying motivated since it's getting cooler outside I swear sweatpants are evil you can gain weight and not even notice because they are so stretchy. I still haven't gotten a exercise routine down since being back at work. I'm going to the New Kids on the Block concert tonight in Cleveland lol I swear it's like being 13 again lol. This week I am going to start doing Taebo at home it's really the only way I'm gonna get any exercise in at all

I haven't done anything resembling exercise in a week and I just ate Wendy's for dinner. We are going out of town for the weekend and I just couldn't fit in cooking. At least I got a chicken sandwich. I have got to get my butt back on track Monday. I did weigh in at home and I seem to be about the same -no loss, no gain.

I am so happy Fall is here! I just love all the beautiful colors & cooler air, it is so refreshing!

I am down 2lbs, yay! No exercising here, just chasing Caleb around. I think that & getting the kiddos in & out of daycare everyday is workout enough haha. Renee~ I just bought a taebo dvd at Target a couple of weeks ago & hoping to start doing that at least a couple times per week. I LOVE Taebo.

Do you girls record your morning weight or evening? There is always at least a 1lb diff for me,anyone else like this?

Hey Amber...I ALWAYS weigh different in morning than at night. So I prefer to go by the morning weight.. always less! Way to go on the two pound loss!! WOOHOO!! I have been fluctuating five pounds for months. lose it gain it lose it gain it....UGH!

good, i'm not a weirdo. some days there is seriously like almost a 2lb diff! i think i'll go with the morning weight too

Been going at it this week! The gym that is. lol GREAT class this morning!! The kind that everyone wanted to leave halfway through!! AWESOME! I am now eating a turkey sandwich and bowl of chicken noodle...Not sure it is the worst Icould eat.

I hope everyone is off to a good start this week. I have realized that even though the scale doesn't saywhat I want and even though I don't wear the size I want I am HEALTHY! My heart is thankful! I have very low blood pressure, low cholesterol and nothing wrong with me so I am doing a pretty great job! Let's look at exercise in a different light is what I am trying to say. Make it your NORM! I am so glad I have a healthy dh as well who works out daily and takes care of himself.

Sorry for the life story

Karen - that's great! Your lunch sounds pretty healthy, too. I still haven't gotten in any exercise. And we're out of water, and everythng, so I'm not drinking like I should either. I'm trying to cut back on portion sizes and late night eating this week. So far, so good.
