Clarie- Good luck with your quitting. That must be tough!! I never started smoking bc I was afraid I would never quit. LOL My sister has smoked now for 8 years! Karen- Eating has not been great.. I didn't get your message until after lunch LOL GO GIRLS!!!! |

I took Alyssa out and I ate breakfast and so did she on our walk as I needed to get more clothes pegs. So we left quite sometime ago and I also used my special k counter today and it says 5.42km ( I did an online conversion so I dont know if this is right but Im getting 3.37 miles). I will be taking her after she naps to Mohawk park to run around and that is a much longer walk too. We just got back from the buck store, then to the park around the block from our place and then up to the corner store for a popsicle for the little one.
Here is my new do, I didnt shower before I took this, so it's my bed head today lol. ![]()

Tammy ~ Great haircut!!!
Well, I'm back from my scrapbook retreat and ready to get started back on track with WW. I wanted to walk to school today but woke up late, so I will try and fit in a walk after school today around my neighborhood and post my food journal tonight. Claire ~Yay to the weightloss! Lindy ~ I went shopping for the first time last week at Lane Bryant and I wanted to cry but I was with a friend who shops there all the time. I think it was a hard thing for me to admit that I need to shop there, but hopefully I can lose weight and keep with going to my other stores. They had cute clothes though and I got some pajamas that were way cute.

tammy-great job losing the 2 lbs!!! claire-your gonna do great, you and dh can support each other. We will be here for you too. Well I decided to weigh myself today, so that I could weigh in every Monday and I lost 3 lbs. since I started on here. Not bad for a few days. I'm happy with that. I am back from spin class. OMG they should make a wide load seat, my rump hurts so bad. It feels like I sat on a giant thumb tack. I was ready to give up at what I thought was the half way point but it was about two minutes before we were done. All the girls and guys were really nice. So, I am hoping that if I do it 2 times a week and this Body pump class I should lose at least 4-5lbs/week. The Body pump class is 30 min long and you burn 500 calories. So as of right now I will be doing the following workout schedule:
Monday-8:30 Water Aerobics (1 hr) then at 11:00 Gravity Machine(maybe) 12:00 do my spin class. Tuesday: 8:30 Body Pump then at 10:30 Water Aerobics Wednesday: 8:30 W.A. then 10:30 Pilates then at 12:00 Spin Thurs: 8:30 BPump then at 10:00 W.A. Friday: 8:30 Spin and call it a day. Saturday: if DH doesn't have to work 8:30 Body Pump Sunday off Now if that doesn't work I will talk to a trainer and have them show me the weights and do basic toning and stuff. i just wanted you guys to know my plans so I don't cheat and skip out. If I choose not to do a class then I will do the treadmill, swim laps, Eliptical, etc. I am hoping that this amount of working out will cause me to be obsessed with it and make myself lose the weight. I understand where you are coming from, but I feel better about myself when I wear clothes that fit.....don't worry, think of them like the maternity store-overpriced, but it fits and it's TEMPORARY! LOL Tammy- Nice doo! Is your hair naturally curly like that? Neat. PandC- I wish I listened to my father when he told me HE wished he had never started smoking. Good for you for being smart. Ok, so I went to the store for lunch and tryed to stock up on the lowest calorie things I can find to stick in my mouth. I'm starting to feel like pac-man in needing to have SOMETHING in my mouth, (from the quitting smoking) So I got carrots, celery, apples, some crackers (to use sparingly) and sunflowerseeds. Chrystie - Yay for getting back on track, we all have slipups Kelly - YAY another pound this week is awesome. Keep up the good work Lindy - You are eating AWESOME and YAY to over 2 lbs lost!!! WTG and keep up the awesome work!! That sucks about the head lice and to tell you something, they love CLEAN HAIR!! They also love and thrive in dirty hair also. The last time I had head lice I got it from someone in highschool when i was 16 and I was soooooooo grossed out and stopped hanging around that person. ICK! Karen - Don't push yourself too hard just yet, excersise will come before you know it. If you need a kick in the butt for eating bad, come tell us 1st and we will give you a nice kick in the rear Christie - Sounds like a busy week but YAY to getting away this coming weekend. Just like Karen we are here if you need a kick in the butt LOL! Thanks about my skinny face, teehee I noticed that too when I look in the mirror now Cassie - AWWW poo I hope you feel better soon. Today this is what I have eaten:
Bkfast: 2 scrambled eggs and about 1/4 cup of curves cereal dry and sm cup of 1% milk lunch: two ww tortillas with shrimp, carrots, and a tiny amount of cheese with bottle of water snack: 1/2 a big banana Dinner: Huge, I mean two cups of raw spinach with grilled chicken, and a 1 TBS of homemade honey mustard. I know crap load of sugar but my sugar was really low yesterday and today. I also had a sm glass of V-8 Spalsh Juice because I haven't had many calories today. I did turn away from ice cream today. As for my workout my butt really hurts bad. I think it is more like a giant nail is what I sat on for 45 minutes. |

Tam- I am not sure if I said it but LOVING the new do!! You do look slimmer inthe face for SURE! You are doing so GREAT!
Lindy- Spin class is one of my favs but yes the seat does take some getting used to that is for sure. WIDE LOAD Claire- I am so proud of you for trying to quit smoking. I have never had the addiction and frankly HATE it but I know from my mom it is a HARD thing to quit. You are doing a great thing for yourself!!! I am sure though it is hard to try and lose weight and that at the same time. We are here!! You are doing GREAT! Vicki- 3lbs!!!!!!!!! That is awesome! I am so proud of you! You are doing great. Vicki you DESERVE this! Keep up the good work momma! Heather-that last ten pounds is the hardest they say. Keep up the good work it will come... As for all the bra talk...I can't wait to wear a bra again. So tired of the sports bras and badages. I did 20 minutes of walking on the treadmill yesterday. Walking is not my thing and it bored me to have to go so slow BUT at least I did something. I can't swing my arms so that was a challenge. lol Dh rode the bike beside me and we jsut chit chatted. It was nice to be bacl down there with him. Thinking of riding the bike today but I have to go back to the doctor so I will see what he says. My incisions seem a bit sore? I hope they take out the stitches today. thinking that will help. Oh and I went to dh's sfotball game lastnight. In a t-shirt to camo the girls. |

Linda, Claire, Melissa and anyone else who shops at LB..... Have you ever gone to CJ Banks? My mom is heavy and that's where I get her stuff. It's a little more pricey, but it's great quality clothing and fashionable (no Moo Moo looks). If you look on the sale racks, you can get some decent deals.
