Claire- as a runner myself I say start small and work your way up. Start with a fast paced walk if you can and if not a med pace then speed it up every so often to a power walk. Do that for at least a week then maybe start to try and run for a few minutes then walk then run a few minutes then walk. You get the picture

Ladies - Thanks so much for the warm welcome. I need all the help I can get. I have never been a good dieter and I don't have many people around who can help keep me motivated.
Started off okay I guess....I need to get a workout routine going. We are out of school on Thursday so hopefully I will be able to get something going. Thanks again for letting me be a part of the group.

Tammy - congrats on the loss! Keep it up! Amber - I bet you will lose your weight in no time. Robin - Welcome and congrats on joining WW! I met most of my goals today. No fruit, but lots of veggies. Only 1 Diet Coke. I ate dinner at 5:30pm and haven't had anything else (Hopefully I can make it until bedtime). I did my run - well 3/5 of it - then I thought I was going to puke so I walked the rest of the way. |

Way to go Kelly! I did pretty good today except for 5 oreos....other than that I ate very healthy and got some walking in with Ashlyn. It was hot today. The weather folks said 95 and my car read 100....I'm ready for summer but every year I forget what the 110's feel like so I'm not looking forward to THAT part.

Good job ladies!
I did not have anything but water yesterday so that was a huge accomplishment. I might have to break my 2 week goal and have 1 Diet Pepsi today as I am up at the crack of dawn (for me). I am going to a car auction to get a new (to me) car. YAY!! Everyone else is going small and I am getting a big car. Obviously I am crazy! Weighed this morning. I have gaine 4.5lbs during my screw dieting vacation blah phase. Time to get it off and the rest. Stupid stupid stupid. Oh well.. Back on the wagon now, that's all that matters. |

So I got on the scale and I was up from last week, but it's not my official weigh day yet!! So my plan today...I packed very light for food today at work. Drink MORE water! TMI: I really need to have a BM...none yesterday, but I know I need to. I am going to TRY doing a DVD with Rhylee in the room, even if I have to hold her or make it a game...see how that works.Robin - whats on the menu today? Healthy eating everyone!!!!! |

Hi ladies!! I am going to be crabby for a couple days from caffinee withdrawl. I get such a bad headache. I had Special K cereal with ultra skim milk and then I had a cup of V8 juice. So I have had 4 points for breakfast. My hard time will be when Lela goes to nap that is my snack time. I have a frozen WW meal for lunch it is 5 points and then for dinner I will have a salad and Aaron is making pasta so I will just have my serving of that. I also will have some fruit when I get hungry and I also bought 100 calorie snacks.

Kelly-with it getting so dang hot here, I don't know how you do the running thing, you are awesome! Cassie-I bet Rhylee will dance around and think its funny when you work out...at least that is how Avery was. I also realized there is no way I could ever wake up early to work out so just stuck to the evening workouts! |

Robin - Sounds great!!! Ohh I love 100 cal snack packs! I just bought some 100 cal packs of dorito's!! Very good when you just WANT it!
Bina - I hope you are right. Some days I would come home and put the TV on the music stations and dance around holding her...talk about work up a sweat and she loved it! |

Cassie - I didn't see those oh man that does sound good lol. I got the cheeze it party snacks. I had one last night it was good. Then I got the Walmart brand of shortbread cookies with the chocolate strips I haven't tried that yet.
This is my hard time right now Lela is napping and I am relaxing on the computer and I just want to eat just because not because I am hungry. But I am using my will power and not doing it lol. |
