Hi Everyone. Steph told me I couldn't hide from this thread. So I am trying. Long story short, I was gone to TX for 4 days for gma funeral. I didn't smoke, but "diet" was out the window.

So, it's a new day, new chapter, new week, right? DH is motivated to lose weight, too. So I will get healthy foods at store tonight. So far this AM have done well.

This pm when I excercise, I was thinking about trying to run/jog/walk instead of get on my stationary bike. The bike is so boring, I thought It'd be more interesting to try to run a bit. But I'm kind of afraid to do that as the last time (7 years ago) I tried to get back into running, I sprained my ankle. I'm very out of shape, but used to run in high school. I say run, but more like a jog. What do you girls think? Should I try it and see, or force myself onto the bike until I get in better shape?

Claire- as a runner myself I say start small and work your way up. Start with a fast paced walk if you can and if not a med pace then speed it up every so often to a power walk. Do that for at least a week then maybe start to try and run for a few minutes then walk then run a few minutes then walk. You get the picture Before you know it you will be running for fifteen minutes and say oh I can do that! no worries about last week. Move on!

Robin- glad to see you back on track! WW is going to be great for you! I am rootin for ya!

Thanks girls for the nice welcome. I went and signed up tonight so my first goal is to lose 10%!!!! I can't wait to do that. Then I went shopping for all my WW's food.

Ladies - Thanks so much for the warm welcome. I need all the help I can get. I have never been a good dieter and I don't have many people around who can help keep me motivated.

Started off okay I guess....I need to get a workout routine going. We are out of school on Thursday so hopefully I will be able to get something going.

Amber - I bet you will lose your weight in no time.

Robin - Welcome and congrats on joining WW!

I met most of my goals today. No fruit, but lots of veggies. Only 1 Diet Coke. I ate dinner at 5:30pm and haven't had anything else (Hopefully I can make it until bedtime). I did my run - well 3/5 of it - then I thought I was going to puke so I walked the rest of the way.

Way to go Kelly! I did pretty good today except for 5 oreos....other than that I ate very healthy and got some walking in with Ashlyn. It was hot today. The weather folks said 95 and my car read 100....I'm ready for summer but every year I forget what the 110's feel like so I'm not looking forward to THAT part.

Kelly - LOL!!! Nope! Rhylee went to bed and I cleaned the kitchen and put some clothes to wash, then well...you see what I am doing now. We played outside this afternoon and I chased her all around the yard.

kelly-great job making most your goals.

I know I'm missing people, I'm getting really tired though. Well I worked out this morning after dh left at 5:30, I did a workout tape for 45 minutes. Then Ethan woke up. I did not drink an soda, I did have some vegs. after 7pm though. I was so hungry. I figured that would be a safe choice. Anyway, hope everyone has a good day tomorrow. Stick with it, we can do this!!!

Good job ladies!

I did not have anything but water yesterday so that was a huge accomplishment. I might have to break my 2 week goal and have 1 Diet Pepsi today as I am up at the crack of dawn (for me). I am going to a car auction to get a new (to me) car. YAY!! Everyone else is going small and I am getting a big car. Obviously I am crazy!

Weighed this morning. I have gaine 4.5lbs during my screw dieting vacation blah phase. Time to get it off and the rest. Stupid stupid stupid. Oh well..

Back on the wagon now, that's all that matters.

Christie you will have it off in NO time!!!

So I got on the scale and I was up from last week, but it's not my official weigh day yet!! I had boiled shrimp last night at my moms! MMM!!! I did have a snack of Fruit Loops though. I didn't exercise either. Once Rhylee was in bed I took advantage and got the kitchen clean and some clothes in the wash.

So my plan today...I packed very light for food today at work. Drink MORE water! TMI: I really need to have a BM...none yesterday, but I know I need to. I am going to TRY doing a DVD with Rhylee in the room, even if I have to hold her or make it a game...see how that works.

Robin - whats on the menu today?

Healthy eating everyone!!!!!

Hi ladies!! I am going to be crabby for a couple days from caffinee withdrawl. I get such a bad headache. I had Special K cereal with ultra skim milk and then I had a cup of V8 juice. So I have had 4 points for breakfast. My hard time will be when Lela goes to nap that is my snack time. I have a frozen WW meal for lunch it is 5 points and then for dinner I will have a salad and Aaron is making pasta so I will just have my serving of that. I also will have some fruit when I get hungry and I also bought 100 calorie snacks.

Kelly-with it getting so dang hot here, I don't know how you do the running thing, you are awesome!

Cassie-I bet Rhylee will dance around and think its funny when you work out...at least that is how Avery was. I also realized there is no way I could ever wake up early to work out so just stuck to the evening workouts!

Robin - Sounds great!!! Ohh I love 100 cal snack packs! I just bought some 100 cal packs of dorito's!! Very good when you just WANT it!

Bina - I hope you are right. Some days I would come home and put the TV on the music stations and dance around holding her...talk about work up a sweat and she loved it!

Cassie - I didn't see those oh man that does sound good lol. I got the cheeze it party snacks. I had one last night it was good. Then I got the Walmart brand of shortbread cookies with the chocolate strips I haven't tried that yet.

This is my hard time right now Lela is napping and I am relaxing on the computer and I just want to eat just because not because I am hungry. But I am using my will power and not doing it lol.
