Ahhhh, so, Irene's a masochist, eh? She LIKES the pain. Hmmm... LOL!

Karen ~ That's so sweet...I noticed you adopted the 'Abigail and Andrew' blinkie. I wondered if anyone would end up doing that.

Yeah Steph! I thought it was a great gesture and leave it to you ( heart of gold) to think of it! I love Jen and pray for her and those babies everyday!

Okay so fess up...I didn't get to workout today. Had to deal with insurance and therapy issues during nap But my offically start day is Monday. In the meantime I made a lemon pound cake. Gave half away instantly though as I always do!! Dh will eat half or more of the remaining half so not too bad, right?

Not a very good day for me - I ate fast food for dinner (but didn't OVEReat) b/c we didn't get home 'til 6:30 and I was hungry and worn out. Then I just put Hannah to bed and remembered, Oh Sh!t, I was supposed to run tonight. DH won't be home ;til nearly dark. I've got to get these workouts in. First thing tomorrow am, we're running. Then again Sunday am. If I can get through the next 3 weeks w/out gaining, that will be huge w/ as crazy as the last 3 weeks of school will be, plus a couple of big nights out for DH and some friends' b-days. OK - Hannah's crying, I guess if it keeps up, we will go for a walk at least.

Steph - that's so cute what Betsy sent!!

I didn't get my exercise in except chasing the tot around outside. My 1/2 day off wasn't really off Went to go shopping NO WALLET...had to come home then go back. Finally got home and unpacked the stuff and started some supper. THEN BATTLED MY LITTLE FLEA BAG!!! Jack had tons of FLEAS I bathed him in some flea shampoo and let it set! They all died too Don't mess with me.

We did eat pretty good though. Pork chops and broccoli.

How do I get the Abigail and Andrew blinky? Like you ladies, I think of them so often and can't wait until they defy all the odds and she has to be scheduled for a c section at 38 weeks!

Yeah, y'all if you want the Jen blinkie, I won't move it in PB, so you can direct link through my siggie if you want to. You're more than welcome. I love that we have a 'cheerleading team' going.

Cass, I had pork chops for dinner last night too! Pork chops and french style green beans (frozen, steamed, s&p and a little butter). I took the chops, drizzled worchestershire and sprinkled s&p, garlic powder, chicken & meat seasoning, both sides and let them sit for a little bit, then just fried them in a tablespoon or so of olive oil. They were actually REALLY good, nice and tender with good flavor. Made DH a potato, and I had just one chop and a big pile of green beans.

Ok, so I had the stomach flu this week. Not so fun. I did manage to get in 4 workouts, though. 3 treadmill and 1 turbo jam. I was down 4 pounds (from the stomach flu ) but am currently down 2. So I still have 3 baby pounds to go! UGH. AF should be here tomorrow. I hate that hag.

I think I'm going for the big 1-0 tonight, Jenna! The number that almost put me in a wheelchair four or five weeks ago when I first started...LOL!

Dammit Karen! Lemon pound cake is only one of my favorite things on earth...can I come over? There is a Starbucks around the corner and they have REALLY good lemon pound cake, with just a tiny bit of icing...mmm...*sigh*

I've actually thought about buying a two-piece suit this year.

Karen ~ Now that I'll be doing my ten, do you think I should keep going higher, or I also though of doing ten in the mornings as well as in the evenings instead of going further with the number? What do you think? Might help get the juices flowing in the morning a little?

Jenna - no run last night. My asthma is so bad lately, I couldn't convince myself to do anything last night. I did do a great (for me) run this morning though. And I made muffins for bkfast and only ate 1.
