I don't have any. Only the original Hostess cupcakes do the trick. I open it like an Oreo and lick out some of the cream, then eat the big side that's all cake and then fold the icing side in half and eat that last. OCD, anyone? It's my comfort food to crave for now, I guess.

Up for grabs:

I have not been on here in a couple days. Just been busy around the house and playing outside with Lawson since it's so pretty. I weighed in a lost .6 lbs. So not too much more till 150. I'm hoping I can get to 140-145 lbs. I would LOVE that. I think I can do it. (If I can stay out of all of that Easter candy!!!) Oh, we went and rented a movie last night and I grabbed a snickers too. And it was so good too. Oh well, you just have to have it sometimes!

I ran/walked outside at home Thursday, went to the gym Friday and this morning. Doubt I will have time to exercise tomorrow, we'll see though.

BTW, dh let me have my new shoes so I got to wear them today and I LOVE them!!!!!

Bina- WTG girl!! That's great!!

Steph- Your doing so good! LOL at how you eat your cupcake. I have a certain way I eat a reece cup.

Heather show me the shoes you got! I still need to get me some!!!

Oh and all I can say is OINK OINK! Dh brought me home a LARGE bag of dark choc peanut m&m's. Wait not large but the king size bag and told me Happy Easter. Of course I had to dive right into them. I can NOT say no. Oh well...We will get back on track next week. He bought them because he bought him a bag of trhe cadburry eggs. He wanted me to be BAD too. I give in easily to junk food peer pressure.

I hope everyone is being better than I am. I haven't had a gain though and all my 6's are too big so I still feel great. They are literaly hanging off after i wear them ten minutes. I HATE that.

Karen - that's great that you're clothes are getting loose. You must be toning up quite a bit.

Christie - I'm going to pm you right now a/b the points.

I'm determined again. The last few days have been rough as Hannah has been fairly unhappy (well, for her, anyway since she is usually perfect) and I have been extra tired and stressed. And I had a delicious piece of cheesecake at my gma's yesterday. Luckily, my mom didn't buy me very much candy.

DH's hours are changing which should help me lose weight b/c
1. He's going in later so he can be in charge of Hannah while I exercise in the morning.
2. He won't be home for dinner 2-3 nights/wk, so those nights I won't cook a heavy meal.

I need to get some containers to make us some homemade frozen meals in single size servings. Any suggestions on good containers?
I'd also like some GOOD, low-fat/low-cal recipes that I can make for me and freeze in little containers.
Last - I need bkfast ideas, especially from the WW girls. I bought some cereal for this week, and I'm not going to the store until next weekend, but I'd love to have a great grocery list for then.

Kelly - I have some French white Corningware that are oval 6 inches by 4 inches with a plastic lids that I really like. They go from freezer to oven well. I freeze left over pasta dishes in them.

I didn't gain weight on my road trip. I have decided I am a sugar addict and might need some counseling. Yesterday I had 2 donuts and a cinnamon roll. Make me sick just thinking about it. Think I want a cookie now.

Laura~ I'm a sugar addcit, too! Let's go to counceling together. And eat that cookie together. Cookies are my weakness in life! (the way cupcakes are Steph's weakness.)

Ok, so this week wasn't great. I didn't work out AT ALL (unless you cound 4 DTD's.) LOL.

I did decide to jump on the scale this morning, and surprisingly I weigh THE SAME as I did two weeks ago. So even with all of my GS cookies and no REAL workouts this week, I've maintained. So I MUST get back on the ball this week! I have a wedding in Vegas to go to on May 1st and I'd REALLY like to be able to fit into some of my cute summer clothes while I'm down there!

Heather~ I want your shoes. I wish I had $$! My bday is on April 14th. Maybe DH will get me some for my bday, too.

Yea! It's 5:45am and I've already met my goal. My goal for today was 15 min. on the elliptical - not much, but I knew it was something I could make myself get up and do.

Jenna - I think my DH would be way more impressed w/ me DTD 4 times in one week than by me working out 4 times.

Christie - be sure to pm me a/b the points when you get a chance.

I splurged this weekend with all the Easter dinner and choc, but I am back on track as of today. My goal is to be back in the 150s by the end of the month! We can do it girls!

Jenna-that is great you are getting back on track!

Kelly-I am loving WW, because even though I have had a few splurges I am still losing weight! For breakfast, I have either the Quaker's weight control oatmeal which is 3 points a serving and I can never finish it, or the Curves whole grain cereal with ff milk. Even though I'm not vegetarian I get Boca burgers, because they are only 2points each and have them with a sugar free hamburger bun. Progresso also has some "0 Point" soups which are great to have on hand to go with meals, or when you are hungry. The WW recipes thread has great recipes too if you are looking for real meals, and you can sign up on their webiste for free and get some recipes that way. HTH!

New week! New goals! NO CHOCOLATE for me! I ate the whole bag of M&M's and like Laura I feel sick thinking of it. Got in NO count them ZERO workouts this weekend so back on track today. Carter is on Spring break so that makes things harder PLUS I am going ot be traveling with the kids so hopefully SOMEONE will help me so I can get in a bit of me time...No counting on it though... Dh's mom does have a great circle around here block so maybe I will visit her so she can see the kids a bit and then I can run for awhile. I have to plan so much when I am there alone and everyone lives so pread out it makes the gas bill outrageous...UGH and I drive a Tahoe...So this is turning into a depressing post when I meant it to be motivational.

Okay girls. New week new goals!

Kelly yay to already meeting your goal!! WOO HOO! And yeah my dh would be so thrilled with DTD 4 times...Dang Jenna how do you do it?? I am too freakin tired.

Jenna- I too am impressed with the 4 deeds of the week. Nice! My DH would be a happy man. LOL Good luck with getting back on the ball.

Heather- Cute shoes. Way to go on the workouts mama!

Karen- You are awesome. That's great that you are getting down to the 4s. Wow, I can't even imagine. I did buy my 2nd pair of size 8 pants this weekend and that felt good.

Kelly- I pmed you back. HTH

Girls, I am so upset. I did so awesome running this weekend. We ran 12 min. walked 2, ran 12, walked 2, ran 8. I had no problem and maintained a pace of less than a 12 minute mile. BUT my knee has been killing me since Saturday night. I am going to be so upset if I hurt something and can't finish my training. I am supposed to run a 5K in 3 weeks. What am I going to do if I can't?

I took all weekend off from dieting and have paid for it dearly. Time for mama to get back on the ball today. DH and I are eating pizza for dinner bc he gave it up for Lent so I will have to work that into my eating today.

Sorry for all of the whining.. let's get with it!!

Kelly- Here are some of my food choices.

Breakfast- Nutrigrain bar- (3 points), cereal with fat free organic milk-(3/4 pts) depending on the cereal Lower Sugar oatmeal- (2/3 points) depending on the type you get- Sometimes I add an apple (1 point)

Lunch- I buy the double fiber bread that is 1 point for two slices and make a sandwich with pimento cheese or ham, pepper and onion spread or you could do cold cuts- I buy 100 calorie packs of chips and then maybe a piece of fruit. I also like that Progresso soup that Bina mentioned. You can eat the whole can for 1 point or half for 0 points. Sometimes I eat a Smart Ones meal if I don't feel like putting something together.

Dinner- We usually eat some kind of meat (small steak, chicken, fish, pork chop) grilled, some sort of starch (whole grain rice, small baked potato) and veggies. I am really into these steam packs of veggies. They are so easy. They are in the frozen foods sections with the frozen veggies and they are quick and yummy. I make the enchilada recipe from the other thread or the fettucine.

Snacks- I eat a lot of the 100 cal packs for portion control. The Lorna Doone shortbread cookies are awesome. I also like popcorn and of course fruit is good too. I buy the lower cal ice cream treats too for a bed time snack.

The best weight losses I have are when I get all of my water which is my worst thing. I really have to put forth effort for that. I do great when I work, but not at home.

Hope that gives you some ideas Kelly!
