I am proud of you too Steph! That is AWESOME~ Now if only we could SEE your results?

I got in a bike workout today. And of course my jumping jacks..I will try and maintain through the night we are going to Fatz Cafe...I will try and not live up to the name. LOL

I have two workouts in so far in two days and plan to go to the Y in the morning at 5:50am with a Girlfriend. I hope I am not late. LOL She says this spin class is tough. I hope I still HAVE IT enough to keep up. Been almost two years since I was in a gym. Sort of nervous. But adrenaline and competitiveness will drive me I am hoping! I am going to try it out a few times this week before deciding if I want to join or not. With the beautiful weather and running outside I may decide not to? Who knows. But I want to see if I miss it as much as I think I do. Does that make sense?

Karen ~ That is early but what a great way to start the day! Funny you mention competitiveness (sp?) b/c I am very competitive and that was one of the funnest parts of running to me. Pick someone out that looks in very good shape when you get there and see if you can keep up (I'm sure you will). Do they have a room for the little ones at your gym?

Steph ~ Can't wait for the before and after shots!

Steph I LOVED the cupcake...Had to add that to my collection. That is so me. I was bummed lastnight at dinner because no one would get dessert...So therefore I had to be good...Darn it. NO FUN! I got chopped steak smothered of course with a bit of gravy and peppers and mushrooms...Didin't touch my sides ate only my meat but it did not agree with my tummy...I was sick all night. My belly was burning it was not fun so there was no sleep to be had and that means no workout at 5:50 this morning... So I wasn't a very good girl. Maybe next time?

And yes Kayla they have a place for babies at the gym but she would have been staying home with her daddy. By the way he got contacts out again lastnight! GOOOOOO Darren!!I was so proud of him. He is SUCH A GOOD DAD. Ok back to me ...enough about him. lol

I hope to get in a workout today when Riles goes down for a nap. She has an appt at 1:30 with the neurologist and we are meeting daddy for lunch beforehand then of course the minute I get back to town I have to work at church so hopefully I get one in. We shall see...If not no biggie, right?

I'm going to be fat forever. I just want to eat anything and everything I can get my hands on. And I could care less a/b exercise. What happened to the me that was feeling so good and realizing how much I missed exercise? DH's work schedule is going to change in a week and he will be going to work later, so there is absolutely no reason I can't get up and exercise in the morning. Too bad I can't say no to food. This morning I was thinking I would like to start WW again, but then I ate leftovers. My last attempt at WW, I was eating 20pts/day, but someone at work told me they re-did the points and you can eat more now. Can anyone tell me how many pts to eat?

Karen - I guess dinner wasn't worth it - that stinks.

I took Hannah for a 15 minute walk. Does that count for something?

Everything counts Kelly. I am sorry you are feeling down. I hit the same thought process right before the holidays and now I have been able to shake it and get back in a routine. As for points, you get your daily points and then you get 35 weekly points that you can either split up and use all week or save for a splurge. I usually start off not using them the first 3 or 4 weeks to get my body losing and then save them for splurges like Friday night pizza or an ice cream cone downtown. HTH I can calculate your points for you if you tell me how much you weigh (you can PM me if you would rather)

I got off of work early so I ran/walked 40 minutes around the neighborhood. Hopefully I will get to do it again tomorrow.

Kelly as they said ANYTHING counts over here! What is so bad about eating leftovers? You have to eat! Your body needs food. You can't Slose weight by starving yourself. YOU CAN DO THIS!!!

No workout for me today but I skipped dessert at dinner and lunch! So that is a great thing for me!

Heather, Christie, and Karen-you girls are doing great as usual!!

Kelly-hang in there, hopefully it is just a bad day. You may feel fat but I saw you a few days ago and thought you and the other girls looked great!

Steph-with everything you have going on, how are you doing?

Today, my work pants weren't as snug as usual so I can already see the difference losing those 4lbs has made! I now have 10lbs to go to my pre-PG weight. I probably need a ticker to help me stay motivated.

Bina I wish I could say I was doing GREAT but I am not doing so hot with working out...

I gotta figure out a schedule again. I think I need to start getting up again at 6am so I have it done and out of the way!! UGH. I am too sleepy though. I will get it figured out soon? I have to get in that bikini for the beach. Also my friend has a pool and has already said we can swim this Summer so I have to get comfortable with myself. I wish we would find out either way if we are moving so I can decide to join the gym or not? Decisions decisions!

The weird part is I LOVE working out. I just need more hours in a day. Speaking of the dryer just buzzed...Gotta run. Ten thousand things to do today!!

Bina ~ I'm...hell, I don't know how I'm doing. I'm trying to stick to the habits; not sleeping too well recently and with everything else, it's affecting what I do in the evenings. I'm trying. No more cupcakes or anything like that, but I'm having a hard time getting my veggies in the evening and all my water. I think I was getting a little bored with the veggies, and having to trek all the way out to the garage where the working fridge is, then back later to put things back. Ugh. I'm just having a tough time. I'm not eating poorly by any means, or having additional junk, I'm just mostly not getting my veggies in all the time at night, and the water.

I love that you have the cupcake blinkie, Karen.

Steph~ I want that cupcake blinkie, too! Or it would be even better if it said "I'm on a diet - Oh, a cookie!" That would soo be me.

I'm with everyone on not doing so well with the workouts this week. I don't know why, but I am EXHAUSTED! I have been eating a lot better, so hopefully that is helping. The only workouts I've gotten in this week were my two dtd's on Sunday! I must make a hot date with my treadmill tonight!

And I need to change my siggie before Easter is over! AHH!
