Jenna-I am the same way, if there is candy in the house I will eat it!! I was also doing a diet halfheartedly until a couple of weeks ago. I always need to hit a "rock bottom" before I get serious. I regret not doing it months ago.

I rediscovered a trick to make a diet cake. You use whatever cake mix you want (they have a reduced sugar choc cake mix now) and then add a can of diet soda (dark soda for dark cakes and light soda for yellow/white cakes) and two beaten egg whites, and then bake. I made mine as cupcakes to help with portion control. I plan to eat them with ff cool whip-yum! Of course the challenge is limiting myself to just ONE a night since I'm such an all or nothing eater.

I am less than a pound from being back in the 150s!!

YUM Bina those sound great! My mouth is watering jsut thinking of it. I am such a cake and cookie snacker. Okay junkie?

No workout today...Allergies are in full force..Snotty and coughing. Went to church then took a nap since I didn't get any sleep lastnight fromt he coughing. It jsut came on me like a ton of bricks.

Can someone please help me? My WW points slider is at work. How many points in South Beach Turkey & Bacon Club wrap - 240 cal 12 g fat 14 g fiber.

Bina - I bought a cake mix. How many points in one cupcake?

Steph - Thanks for worrying a/b me. One day I'm great and one day I'm in despair. I do keep trying to drink more and more water, and started getting gatorade like you to make me drink more, but sometimes I think I'm really hungry. DH has to tell me that I have eaten enough to be full so I will stop. I guess all those years of starving myself, taking diet pills, and making myself throw up have totally ruined me on knowing what is a normal amount to eat.

Karen - Again, I'm so happy for you. Sorry you've got allergies today.

Kelly-there is an online points calculator here, Weight Watchers® Point Calculator at CDKitchen.com:: it's what's cooking online As for the cupcakes, it depends on how many you make with the mix. I calculated the points for the whole box of cake mix, and then divided by the # of cupcakes. I think mine came to 1.5.

I am watching TLC's I can make you thin....interesting.

No workout for me today with dh being gone...I have a baby tied to my every move it seems. Love her little heart but boy oh boy is she rotten. Naptime today was tied up with the insurance company...When I got off the phone I heard her awake....Then I realized I had been on there an hour and half...UGH. Momma needs some stress relief...As I type right now...She is grabbing at me from below screaming... I was trying to vacuum and that was not pleasing either...Anyone got any Calgon???

Well, another pound for me. God, the last time I was 210, I was 21. Ten years ago. Amazing. Saw my doc yesterday and she's really pleased too, now she says time to exercise (she verbally wagged her finger). I told her a/b the 1 mile and 3 mile tracks behind my house to the lake or to the park, and she said two times to the lake (the short one) and once to the park (the long one) per week. So, doctor's orders now.

Kel ~ Perhaps a doc visit is in order? Maybe?

Hello everyone. I haven't check my email for the pix my dad took; hopefully I'll have them soon.

APRIL FOOLS! I have actually GAINED 3! YIKES! When I don't get to run my body freaks OUT! Oh yeah and I had burger king which I NEVER do....
