I just went for a RUN with Riley. Yes I said RUN! Second one this week so I now know I can RUN again. Not up to speed but I can at least do it.
I felt great until Riles started throwing a FIT in her stroller...Nothing like that for a distraction So we went for awhile more and came back up the hill to the house. UGH. Dh is back with Carter and now he is riding his bike while I pay bills and Riley naps. Then off to the pool we go. It is HOTTTTTTT here today. It will be RIley's first time. Interested to see how she likes it. Wish us luck. There are big shade trees so I plan to take a balnket and let her play on it while I lay out. Not sure if that will work. We shall see.Everyone is doing great and Sarah jump back in girl we all have our days and weeks. You have got to REALLY want this! Do you? What about the rest of you girls? |

So, the past few weeks I have stayed the same, no loss no gain. I have been trying to get my butt back in gear this past week. I lost 1.4 lbs. I hope I can keep it up!!!!

Jenna - This should make you feel better. Since you are working out quite a bit you are probably gaining muscle mass, hence the gained weight. Don't feel bad. I wouldn't mind seeing a few pounds on the scale if it meant that I was toning up.
So, step away from the scale! You are doing great!!!!!!! |

Jenna - I'm so sorry you didn't see the results you wanted - it sounds like you worked really hard toward that goal.
This thread has slowed down - good that I can keep up, but I hope it doesn't mean everyone is pigging out and gaining weight. I got bad news on the scale (but my ticker doesn't reflect it). Looks like I've got a LOT of work to do before our beach trip in a/b 5 weeks. Today I drank plenty of water and ate fairly well - also went for a long run/walk this morning with Hannah and will be doing the same tomorrow morning. Now I'm finally out of school and have more time to exercise. Hopefully I will eat well - the hard thing is that I will be home so much and think I'm just supposed to eat b/c I'm bored. Karen - so glad you're running again. |

Keep up the great work everyone, we have basically lost 2 people at normal body weight with that 351 total!!! GO US!!!!!!!
Down another couple lbs for me this week, my stuggle was drinking my water while at work training all week -- so not a huge loss but still a loss Dh is a weight lifter and is pure muscle and has always wanted to gain the lbs in muscle and is now around 3 lbs heavier then me . He is getting so HUGE and pumped these days . I LOVE MY MUSCLE MAN

Okay so on vacation last week I lived off of homemade carmel brownies, cookies, and Dr. pepper!
Today I was 125, down 2 lbs. from the last time I checked in here. My biggest challenge is drinking enough...of anything but esp. water. I have just never drank that much. Tammy that is great! You and Steph are such inspirations.

I bought Lose the Last 10 Pounds by Denise Austin at half price books today - part of it should just say - take toddler to the dr.'s office and chase her around for 30 minutes. Basically it just requires 30 min of exercise each day - plus several little 1-2 min exercises throughout the day and eating around 1500 cals balanced of carb/protein/fat - lots of veggies and fiber. It maps out foods for each day, but honestly, there aren't many recipes I like.

Ok girls is everyone slacking off? Just cause Tammy has a job now we can't slack off.
I'm going to go to a WW meeting tomorrow night, I am NOT doing very well on my own. I need to do a MAJOR grocery shop too! We never have anything in the house! How is everyone??? Robin - that's so wonderful your clothes are feeling better! That in itself is GREAT motivation! What night/day are your meetings? Tammy - you eating any of those treats at work? |

Cassie - NO WAY!! I'm still NOT eating anything with carbs!! I was told though that when they dont sell something that is to the best before date and about to end in the garbage that they cut them up and would like everyone to try a taste to better describe to the customers. I told them to give me a days notice since Im on a diet and then I will watch what I eat -- LMAO!!
Hope everyone is having a good day. I have a major appt today at 2:30 pm, something that is a long time coming and I cant wait to get this all off my chest.
