Jenna- I hit right at 160. I was so upset after how thrilled I was to see the 150s in the first place.

Christie~ Ah, man! I know how excited you were to see the 150's. BUT - if you're pregnant the scale is going to go up anyway! I looked again this morning since I was feeling less bloated (af is GONE!) and I was 177. So that is getting better. Now I'm back to having 3 baby pounds to go.

Hey girls! I am not going ot fuss at you today. Only encourage...

Okay so what are your goals for the rest of the week? What are you going to do better?

I am in need of some good snacks that are full of protein but not too high in fat. I am STARVING when I get home from my one and half to two hour workouts. So the minute I walk in the door I am grabbing anything in site. Right now I am eating a peanut butter sandwich on wheat with baked doritos and large cup of water but I can't eat that everyday. I have been eating oatmeal or whatever before my workout so maybe I need MORE breakfast before? I am not losing any...Staying steady at 135 and that is a good weight for me...I just want my tummy flab to shift down to the butt area. Specifically the little cheek fold that has disappeared.

Thanks y'all -- I know there's not much to tell me. Just having a tough time. I got better sleep last night (could possibly have something to do with seeing him yesterday for a while...ya think? Co-dependant much?). Anyway, I dunno. I was having nuclear meltdown yesterday. Thanks for listening, as usual.

My goals: get my ass in gear in general. I might do a veggie/fruit/whole grain thing for a couple days, cause I have NOT been eating my veggies for the past several weeks and my colon is paying the price. Gotta get the system going again. LOL! Who knows, after a few days on fruit and veggies, I might loose seven pounds that week. I feel THAT bloated, and have for days...ugh. Not good.

Karen - Cottage cheese is great, you can get a low fat kind that still has tons of protein. Add some fresh fruit or canned peaches and it is a pretty good treat.

My goals for the rest of the week: hmm. Do my crunches everyday. Walk AT LEAST every other day. And keep up with the "good" dinners. We finished off the BBQ brisket that was in the freezer last night-so all the bad food is gone!

I'm curious if anyone has any good stay-on-track on the weekend ideas? I was so bad this weekend-I gained 2.5 lbs. I lost it by tues, but still. In my defense, I only ate half of what I would normally eat when we went out to eat. But I still think that 1/2 of a restaurant meal is still too much!

Steph- I'm PMing you.

Christie - You are doing a good job. You can get back into the 150's I know you can do it.

Cassie- You can meet you goal too!!! Hey if I can do it I know you can do it. You know how hard this was for me to start.

My goal for tonight is to have strong will power. I am putting myself to the test I am going out to dinner with my parents and it is a place that I LOVE all their bad food and their french fries are my favorite. So I need the strength to order something healthy. My parents are really a good support system they will give me a hard time if I try to order something bad so that helps lol.

Robin, you can do this! Make a resolution that you WILL not order your own fries. Have ONE of someone elses after you've eaten a good portion of your own meal. You can do it!

Hi everyone!

Unfortunately I haven't managed to loose any more weight I've been staying at 207. UGH But I guess I've just been too stressed to effectively loose weight. What with DH in trouble at work, moving, screwy periods, and my mc last cycle I've just been really busy stressing. lol I guess the plan right now is to not worry about my weight and just de-stress. Then jump back on board once I'm settled in San Diego.

BUONA FORTUNA

Brandy ~ That is a lot of stress. Your body is a little jacked too, so that can totally affect you. I'd pick one thing that you KNOW is good for your body, like drinking so many glasses of water a day, or taking vitamins every day, or like me with the gatorade, or having only whole grains, or eating fruits or veggies every day, drink only water after 7pm, etc. Whatever's important to you. Pick one thing that you can do, that is small enough to be managable, but that you can be proud of yourself for. One thing that you can control while your world is a bit out of control. Promising yourself to take a stroll on Sundays; whatever. Something that keeps you from 'throwing in the towel' and drowning your sorrows in overeating (or whatever you tend to do),(or not eating, like me, which is apparently worse for me than eating poorly, not eating much at all); and give yourself something small to be proud of. GOOD LUCK!!!

Steph-

When I stress I tend to miss meals and eat poorly when I do eat. Currently I'm all out of gatoraide and bottled water and tap water is not an option here. lol But I do have tons of veggies and fruit right now so fruit and veggie salads for dinner it is. YUM

Good girl and good attitude!

I'm out of stuff too, I gotta hit the store. I'm less tired today, so I might be able to force myself to turn the wheel into the lot of the grocery store.
