Steph - you're doing awesome!!!

Rhea - I'm sorry you feel bad. You can do better tomorrow.

Kayla - I tried on a skirt this year on our anniversary that I wore last year on our anniversary (when Hannah was 6 weeks old). I thought it would fall off - it was loose, but it wasn't like a -wow, I've lost so much - kind of thing. Actually, my thighs look much better and my hips have shrunk, which is hard to notice when I keep trying on pants that don't fit in the waist - too bad we can't pick where to loose.

I am feeling quite terrible a/b myself today. I went to the dr. and got weighed on his scale. When I was pg, it was 6 lbs over my home scale but now it is 10 lbs over my home scale which means, I am 4 lbs heavier than I thought, and, I am heavier than I was when I got my BFP. I just want to be SKINNY!!!!!!!!!! I know the circumstances are not the same, I used to work out 8 hrs/week and that can't happen anymore. I go back to work 6 weeks from yesterday. I know that I could make a huge difference if I worked really hard for 6 weeks. Someone help me do it!!!

BTW - I have an appt w/ the counselor tomorrow and I think I will talk a/b this. I also told MIL today why I need her to babysit.

Kelly- First of all scale calibrations can always change. Don't put too much stock in the weight you had there compared to the same scale one year ago. Second, after Hannah your whole body shape changed. I totally get how frustrating it is and how much easier it is to not eat right. We are here for you. HUGS Glad you were able to get MIL for Hannah. Let us know what the doctor says.

Here's my crappy new ticker. Well, I'm kind of cheating already b/c I weighed myself just now (yuck), but I always weigh in in the morning naked and before I eat or drink anything, so I will have an immediate loss from this just by weighing myself in the morning. The ticker shows me running on the beach next week - LOL! (I kept secretly hoping the dr would tell me I was 3 months pg today so I would have an excuse to be feeling so fat)

I weighed in today and I lost another 1.4lbs so a total of 14lbs!!!!

Kelly - You are doing awesome!!! Try not to be so hard on yourself (((HUGS)))

Vicki - WOW. I am so proud of you. Keep up the good work.

Steph - Not much longer and you will reach your goal. That must be such a great feeling.

Cassie - If I don't give in sometimes and just eat what I want then I will breakdown and binge. So I think it is better to give in once in a while.

Hi everyone else!!!!!! I just wanted to thank all you ladies for all the support. This has really been hard but I have stuck with it and this is the first time in 8 yrs that I have stuck with it and I know you girls have really helped me.

Robin - you are doing an AMAZING job!!!! YAY!!!

So today I have to battle NOT eating beniots (ben-yay's) and chocolate cake. It's a co-workers bday. We are supposed to go to lunch today, but we are going to cracker barrel and it's really easy for me to stay within my points there. I also have my own dessert...black berries and cool whip!!! Only 1 pt for a cup of black berries and NO points for 2 table spoons of Fat Free Cool Whip! YUM-O!

Well, I think I'm gonna be re-joining over here. Out of nowhere I'm getting a pudge again.

I swear I look like I'm 3 months pg again!

I need to lay off the Chipotle......

So here's my proposal: I take one of these
to every badly calibrated scale and do some target practice.

Mere- Chipotle what?

Cassie- Withstand beniet temptation? You're my hero, let me know how that goes.

Robin- WTG

Kelly- I'm glad you are starting to think ahead of time what you will discuss with the couselor. I know I would do that....and then forget! Nothing like paying $85/hr for a brain fart.

Kayla- I have the exact same problem with eating until I'm full.......but I'd kill to weigh 125....

Steph- I knew you'd tell me it was some sexy number.....LOL! That kinda makes more sense with the posing.

Well, I did have a salad last night......and a bowl of honey grams. Small victories, right? I was so tired and out of it (and depressed for my low temp) this am that I forgot to get my lunch and breakfast.....so I'm hoping to find a way to be good today .

Kelly ~ Christie is right, I wouldn't put any stock at all into the calibration of the dr.'s scale. What's important is that you use the same scale (yours) under the same circumstances (nakey in the am). I am with you on the 6 weeks left, now or never!

Robin ~ WTG! That is great!

Claire ~ I'm sorry your temp dropped. It ain't over until the witch shows!

Cassie ~ You can do it! Cracker barrels chicken and rice is low point right? Yum about the blackberries, we've been eating a lot of those lately since they're in our yard. Ashlyn makes a sour face even to the ones that are over ripe and not sour at all, haha then she wants more. silly girl!

Thanks for the pep guys. I was GOOD at the bbq! I declined cake (that NEVER happens ) AND had a little bit of fruit and cheese. Then DH was still hungry after we left because we went straight there after he got home from work and cleaned up and he didn't want to eat all the food at the party haha so we stopped at a shake n' steak...bad. I had a spicy chicken sandwich and fries and TEA to drink!

Claire - Chipotle Burritos! They are soooo good, but I think they have like a week's worth of calories.

Thanks guys. It makes me laugh too sometimes when I do stuff like that. Its just SO weird to have this different body -- it's been so long since I was thin (by my standards), and it's different than before...I dunno, the psychology of it is totally bizarre. I just kinda keep trying to look at myself like someone else would.

Keep at it -- sounds like lots of little victories going around!

Rhea, cereal is a pretty good choice, even if it's not the best cereal in the world. I like to eat Life, b/c it is whole grain, and I loooooove it anyway. I like cereal -- I eat it all the time. If you can get whole grain stuff, that will be totally guilt-free!

Hi everyone! I survived my cycling class today. I was sore before I went in and extremely sore when I left. But it felt so good!

robin-YA!!!! YOU ARE GOING GREAT!!!! Way to stick with it. I'm the same way, I have problems sticking with it. But with all this support, we will all succeed!

kelly-I agree stick with your scale at the same time a day. You are doing great, you can do this.

claire-I'm sorry about the temp. drop. Don't give up yet though. It is not over yet.

mere-oh YUM! I have not had those in ages.

Well then, if it was whole grain, you are golden. Cereal is actually a pretty good choice.

I'm doing good with eating today!!! I had my oatmeal this morning (NO BEN-YAY's!) and we had cracker barrel and my plate was 12 pts, but I have 2 pt hot dogs for supper so I'm good! For dessert they are having chocolate cake and I'm having the berries as I said before. I DID however have a biscuit at Cracker Barrel, that thing is 5pts itself, but that's what flex points are for!

Cassie~ Good job on eating right! You're doing awesome!

Claire~ LOL about shooting our scales! And good job on healthier choices at dinner last night!

DrKayla~ Good for you for passing up the cake! See, I would rather have had the cake and skipped the fries....

Vicki~ Good job on your cycling class! You are doing awesome! The pounds are just melting away from you!

Kelly~ I hate scales. My scale that I've had for like 5 years (cheapo walmart brand) says I weigh 173. I bought a brand new digital scale and it says I weigh 178! Yucko. I'm still thinking that the digital scale is more "on" though. Whenever I go to the dr, I'm always 6 pounds heavier than my cheapo scale, so who knows. Oh, I also weighed myself at work with my clothes on, after eating lunch and I was 175. Go figure. So who knows whats right!
