Robin - I'm glad you have to have the dress taken in.
Cassie - I wouldn't even want to know how many points are in the daquiri - the things I miss a/b living in LA - that's at the top of the list! I went for a run this morning - only 20 minute or so though b/c it was after 10 by the time I went and Hannah was getting so hot. I also ate an egg-white/veggie omlette for bkfast, so that was a good start for the day. I'm going to cut up the watermelon in a few minutes and snack on that all week. We are leaving for the beach on Friday - I would love to weigh in and see 139.5 that day, just to know I go to the 130s, but I don't really expect it to happen. I weighed in at 144 when we got back from Houston (which wasn't as bad as I thought, but I have gained 4 lbs back in the last 6 weeks or so). I don't have any desserts in the house anymore either, and I won't be making any this week. Edit: I stuck to my 8pm cut off last night and I woke up feeling less bloated this morning. I'm not sure if it's just me, or all c-section mamas, or just all women, but I have a stupid flabby flap that hangs over between my belly button and pubic bone, and it felt a little smaller this morning. I know that will never go away w/out plastic surgery. |

Oh I forgot to tell you ladies, I reached a new milestone................I can wear my ORIGINAL wedding rings again
I haven't been able to wear them since I was about 7mths preggo with my girls. I was sooooooo happy when I realized this. |

Sign me up for the poochy-tummy club, and I don't have a C-section to blame, it has always been that way. I don't think I've ever had a flat tummy in my life! I did my 8min Ab, workout along with the 8min buns workout. Today I feel it slightly in my abs, but can really feel it in my legs. I ate pretty bad though. I also went shopping so I have new clothes that currently fit to keep me motivated to not gain! |

Robin~ YAY for having your dress taken in! YAHOO! Cassie~ Check out your ticker! WTG!!! Kelly~ I have the flabby belly that sits on my thighs when I sit down! It is SO gross. I will definitely need surgery after I'm done having babies. Chrystie~ YAY for getting your wedding rings back on! You're doing awesome!! Ok, girls. I am LOVIN' the South Beach Diet! Bina, maybe this will motivate you. I'm on day 8 of phase one and I weighed in this morning. I have lost 7 POUNDS so far!!!!! I couldn't believe it, I had to get on and off of the scale about 5 times before I believed it. So I am now BELOW my pre-pregnancy weight! No more baby pounds to lose! YAY!!! Now I just need to lose the 15 pounds I gained after getting married. |

Jenna-That is AMAZING!!! You are doing great. I actually have the South Beach Diet book somewhere.... As for the 8min abs, they don't sell the old edition anymore, so mine is boring when it comes to music and the instrutor, but it goes by so quickly since it is only 8 mins!

Jenna - That is awesome. I thought a/b doing South Beach before we go to the beach, but I have already done all the grocery shopping and sticking to a tight grocery budget.
Bina - Maybe you can put your name/dollie, Avery's ticker and Abby/Andrew Blinkie all on one line and then you can add the other ticker. Yay to new clothes I've decided not to buy new clothes until closer to when school starts b/c we need to spend $ on other things right now. Hmm, maybe my mom and dad will buy me clothes on vacation. I said a/b 3 weeks ago that I was going to run 2x/day and do abs everyday. I've been running/doing the elliptical pretty good, but I haven't done abs but that one time. I have got to start doing them. Maybe situps for the next 5 days will help me look a little better before the beach. Chrystie - I am so proud of you for being halfway to your goal. You are doing awesome. |

Today as I wrote down my foods in my WW book it asked what my accomplishments were and I put staying under 20 pts (I am allowed 25) and what were my goals for next week and I put EXERCISE!!! So we'll see if I hold myself to that!!
I took the day off tomorrow to do some deep cleaning at home so Rhylee will still be going to daycare, so there will definately be time for me to exercise on tomorrow! |

Jenna ~ Woman that is AWESOME! Cassie ~ Good job and yes, exercise tomorrow! Chrystie ~ Yay for pretty rings fitting again! Well, I suck...but I'm aware. DH is off today and tomorrow and I've already had Dr. Peppers and a Braums' fancy sundae. Oh well, we are planning on going on a walk at dusk and we'll probably do some mattress dancing tonight. ![]()
