Daniel calls it 'fat and happy'. Easy to say for a guy whose been slender his entire life. He's 6"4" and weight 185 at his peak during the winter.

People in my dad's family have this problem - we don't get full. I actually get full sometimes, but I have to eat a lot to get there. I watch other people eat and they get about 1/2 through something and are "full"...I'm 1/2 way through it thinking "wonder if there is any more?"

It's truly a struggle to tell myself that just because I'm not full, it doesn't mean I'm still hungry.

I don't think I have an emotional trigger, or any particular trigger for that matter (except booze! being tipsy always makes me want food). I just like to eat. Wish I could see food as an energy source and not a pleasure source.

Cassie~ YAY for another loss!

Melissa~ You are still doing so good! You WILL get into that dress!

Karen~ Have fun with the girls tonight! (you know which girls I mean. Ok, sorry, that was naughty. )

Laura~ You are so thin already! I don't know where you'll lose 10 pounds from. I bet you can do it, though. You'll look awesome in Hawaii.

I am totally an emotional eater - but I think I'm opposite from most people. I love food when I'm HAPPY! Gimme, gimme, gimme naughty yummy sugary things. When I'm depressed, I won't touch a thing. Nothing sounds good. Weird how that works.

cassie-great job! Your doing awesome.

I'm a recovering emotional eater. I have to really watch it when I'm sad. Hope everyone is doing well. I have a appt with my trainer in the morning and I weigh in then. I hope I lost the weight I gained from the trip. I have really worked super hard this week.

I wish a certain emotion would trigger me to eat, unfortunately it is every emotion where I want to eat to my heart's desire...boredom, depression, happiness, sadness. My aunt got depressed and stopped eating, she looked like a twig. That doesn't happen to me. I've self diagnosed myself (along with my endo, IBS and OCD) with a lack of that enzyme that triggers the mind it is full. You've seen those people like on talk shows and there was this one episode of CSI where this guy had that problem, and they had to chain the refrigerator shut...okay, I'll stop babbling now. See, I need food to stop babbling too!

Oh, Mel- I'm 100% with you! I eat when I'm mad, sad, stressed (big one) and happy. And bored. *sigh*. I wish I had at least one emotion that would make me knock it off! LOL.

Claire and Mel-I am the same way, ANY emotion will trigger eating-sadness, boredom, happiness, etc. I guess the only time I won't eat is if I am super super anxious/nervous, then my stomach is churning with butterflies!

Mel you are doing awesome!

Jenna-60lbs, omg!

Morning girls. Had a great time lastnight. 8 friends showed and then I had one to show when we were leaving so we stayed and talked to her in the parking lot for an hour. NONE of us wanted to go home apparently. Tons of laughs so it was good for the soul.

I am a emotional eater too so if I am stressed in goes the food. I try to go for a run instead now or to the gym and it really does help BUT momma has gained five pounds int he last two weeks somewhere so I gotta get back on track.

Won't be on much today gotta watch my friends two kids from 8-3 so after that I will check back in.

HAPPY FRIDAY GIRLS!
