I just had the BEST laugh reading everyone's comments on the banana sandwich. Thanks girls! Dh likes pb & banana sandwiches...me not so crazy about em.

I've heard of a banana and PB sandwich which sounds ok, but with MAYO, gross!!!!
I plan to get a major cardio workout in this morning, with Gilad from Fit TV. My legs still feel sore from the 8min workout a couple of days ago, gosh I must be out of shape to feel sore from just an 8 minute workout! |

I feel like a big ole fat a$$ today. I'm guessing that means AF is on the way - probably in 4 or 5 days. I also haven't exercised since Sunday - ahhhhhh! I've got to do something a/b that today - we don't have anything else to do, I just want to sleep though.

Banana sandwich with Mayo... umm gross.
Well I gained 4lbs on my vacation I have lost 2 of those pound in the past 2 weeks. So now I would like to lose 12lbs by January. I am sure I will get a bike ride in this weekend.

Laura thats great you've already lost 2, didn't take long. Kelly, like I've said, we all have those days. I'm sorry today is one for you. Amber, omg we could have written the same post. I haven't been dieting but still like this thread. Everyone is doing great so I'll just be a cheerleader! So, like I just said.....I have not dieted all summer. Oh well, this will just have to be my "confessions" thread haha. Weighed 2 days ago and was still at 124. Last night DH and I had a date-night (with Ashlyn of course, she was great) and we went to Red Lobster. OMG they have this (I think its new?) tilapia that is cooked in butter, white chocolate, macadamia nuts on top it was SSSSOOOOOOO good and SWEET (right up my alley

![]() Aftermy day off yesterday I went for a nice LONG jog this morning. Just me and my IPOD> it was great. Very relaxing but boy was I beat. Came back all sweaty so I decided to grab a book and head outside in my kini. Dh put Riles down for a nap and went for a bike ride then when he got back he fed them lunch and now him and Riles are out running errands. Carter is playing and momma is taking the day OFF! |

I haven't had a chance to catch up over here, but I just wanted to post my progress....
I've gotten in 4 work outs this week, YAY me! I plan on doing another one tonight. (well, maybe I've gotten in one already today if you count the DTD DH and I did while Jaicee was napping. I want to lose at least 12 more before getting pg again. |

Jenna - WTG on the workouts and being below prepg weight. What this in your siggie? A ttc ticker?
I never believed exercise helped w/ depression until today. People have been telling me that but I thought - I exercise all the time and I'm still depressed. Well, I went a whole week w/out any exercise, and the past 2 days esp have been terrible. I haven't wanted to do anything, just sleep and eat and cry over nothing. So I FORCED myself to go run this morning and I felt better before I was even done. I am tired now, but it's b/c my body is actually tired from doing something, not just tired b/c I don't have anything I want to do.

Kelly~ I completely agree with exercising helping depression. I felt SO BAD for more than 6 months after Jaicee was born - I probably sobbed (not just cried, but SOBBED) every day for over 6 months. The exercise has really helped me feel better - it must be all of those "happy" endorphins! Oh, and no, we're not ttc yet - I just stopped taking the pill so I needed an extra little reminder of what CD I'm on....I'm not very good with keeping track, so I figured I log in here everyday, so that should help me know when to use protection and when I don't have to worry about it!

Kelly - glad you used exercise as an outlet today!
I went for a little walk yesterday with Rhylee...up our drive way and down the next one (both all family). Ended up visiting at my godson's house. His b-day is today, he is 8 his mom is always late on their parties. We will walk there again today.I had whole wheat pancakes for breakfast and I just had hot dogs for lunch. Wheat buns and Fat Free weenies! |
