Kalya-I was laughing while thinking "poor Kayla" about your attack by the popsicle!

Cassie-I know its important to eat all your points with WW, otherwise your body will go into starvation mode! eat a little Peanut Butter maybe?

Vicki-a loss is a loss, awesome!! one pound is 4 sticks of butter so imagine what 2.6 is!

My eating has been going ok, nothing too bad, or too good. BUt I have been getting in my 8min Abs and my tummy looks flatter today (at least first thing in the morning, it did, lol) Think I'll cook dinner and get a workout in before Dh comes home.

I know we're coming up to a weekend and weekends are rough diet-wise, but we can do it!!

Good job doing the ab workouts Bina!

Y'all will be so proud. I wanted one of those 1000+ cal. pot pies for lunch but instead I had a spinach salad with cheese, turkey, croutons, onions, tomatoes, and ranch dressing with a side of mandarin oranges (which Ashlyn and I shared...but her portion was teeeeeNINEY). And, I've been doing 1 Dr. Pepper a day....its a must have in the mornings for me. I don't want to be one of those Drs. that says "do as I say not as I do"....I don't want to be a hypocrite but I love food as much as the next girl.

Kayla~ Oh, your poor tongue! Glad the evil popcicle didn't do any permanent damage. And good food choice for lunch!

Bina~ Great job of the abs workouts! Go, you!

Vicki~ What an awesome weight loss! You are doing so well and I am so proud of you!

Cassie~ .6 is still a loss!! Good job! i'm proud of you for going to your meeting.

Kelly~ I'm glad you brought up your eating issues with your therapist. (((hugs))) I'm so proud of you for going.

Mere~ YAY for power washing! That counts as exercise, I would say.

Well, I've been sticking with phase 1 foods for the SBD, but AF is about to rear her ugly head, so I won't be surprised if I don't see a loss this week. No biggie. I've also gotten in 3 treadmill workouts, and two really good "bedroom" workouts.

Good job y'all! Yay, I love seeing everyone with such good results.

I was in the drivethrough at the bank (the lobby isn't oen on Saturday when I walk over there to make our deposit), and there were some guys in a truck who were gawking at me BIGtime. *giggle* It's cool to have that again. Tee-hee.

Steph~ LOL! That is awesome!

Bina~ I think you're right. I looked this morning and I was EXACTLY the same as I was last week. That is still a 7 pound weight loss on phase one, which I don't think is anything to complain about. I hope to see more of a loss next week!

I'm BACCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK!

Had to check in on my girls and make sure everyone was behaving and seems yall ARE! Yes I am surprised but oh so proud...(Claire I will get to you on a MINUTE!! )

I had a great time at the beach. HATED to leave today but all good things seem to come to an end. MIL got on my nerves a bit but nothing new there. I ran 5.5 miles two days with dh, worked out on the eliptical and bike in the fitness center two days and did some cable machine weights so four days of working out on vacation wasn't too bad. Especially since we went on LONG runs. Okay secretly I thought I would DIE trying to keep up with dh but it was a pride thing. He was surprised and told me he was proud a few times so that was nice. I do however come back with AILMENTS!

Before I left I worked out in new adidas shoes for two days and then power walked with Riley one day. Well when I took the shoes off that night ( no pain felt?) there were BIG blisters on the tips of my toes and the sides. NOt the bottoms? They had water inside and I had to pop them! GROSS! So I took my old shoes wtih me to the beach and no problems the first two days then BAM the third day same thing but on new toes. I have never seen blisters in these places?? My shoes are not too little so what the heck is going on?? I am baffled but in the meantime I have new blisters to pop becasue they will not go away otherwise?? RUNNERS>>>>>>>>HELP! Why is this happening now? Dh seems to think it is because I have soft feet and keep them manicured? But I always have?

Now Brea-----Girlfriend. You gotta stop with the food! It isn't making things better. You gotta figure out why and IF you wnat to do this you have to take control and DO THIS! You can! I know it! I am an emotional eater too so I can not be around it...Now I am far from innocent. Yes I worked out my vacation and do all the time but I eat junk sometimes. We ate out everynight at the beach and even had dessert a few times but to balance it I got my tail up in the mornings when I wanted to sleep and went to workout. I was so glad I did and the guilt went away. What is your new goal and when are you going to get serious? How about WW?? Is that a thought?

Sorry for the tough love

Karen - I am glad you are back!!!! Sounds like you had a great time and I can't wait to see pictures.

Chrystie- Wow you are doing an awesome job!!!! Post some before and after pictures.

Ugghhhh I think I ate too much tonight. I stayed within my points but most of the points were for junk today. I hate to do that but I was stressed and that is what I do when I am stressed. I have been really worried about DH at his job. There has been a lot of tension with the inmates and there was a stabbing and a few fights yesterday and they are expecting more things to happen so I have been really worried about him.

Robin - it's ok, Sorry you dh is in such a bad environment. Hopefully they will stop anything else from happening. One day at a time, no guilt, and move on I ate TERRIBLE yesterday and didn't count the first point. I know I went WAY over. I just have to get it in control today!

Ok, I peaked at the scale ONE MORE TIME this morning before AF rears her ugly head tomorrow, and I was down a whole pound from yesterday! So that would be an 8 pounds loss in two weeks! Not bad!!! I am wearing one of my skinny shirts right now and it looks half decent! (I haven't worn this shirt since WAY before I got pregnant!) I'm currently 2 pounds less than my pre-pregnancy weight. Can't wait to lose more!

Yay Karen is BACK!!! I used to be a runner but just am not a person that gets a lot of blisters....DH on the other hand will get blisters bigger than quarters! Trying to remember what he did last time....I think he puts baking powder/soda in his shoes to soak up sweat and he put this spray they gave me at the hospital for my tear when I had Ashlyn...it's cold feeling but takes the hurt away I think we still have it. I'll look later when Ashlyn goes down b/c I would have to dig in our medicine cabinet. Since you got them with new shoes and then at the beach running on a totally different surface, most likely it is just they rubbed in a new spot (on soft feet ). So I would think that at home you should be fairly safe with your old shoes. I would wear your new adidas a TON just to the grocery and around the house to break them in before you run in them again. HTH

Jenna ~ I am so happy for you. SB sounds like a great eating plan for you.
