Help! I need suggestions
Dh wants a lemon cake on Sunday for Father's Day, and I can't find a recipe that I like and think that my limited cooking skills could do.
Any of y'all have a recipe?

Meredith fret no more I have a GREAT Lemon Pound Cake recipe that uses a cake mix!

Mt. Dew Cake
1-18.25 oz Box of lemon cake mix 1-3.4 oz box of lemon instant pudding mix 1- 12 oz can of mountain dew 3/4 cup of vegetable oil- I use canola oil 4- large eggs Preheat oven to 325 lightly grease & flour bundt pan( I use non stick spray) In a large bowl combine cake mix & pudding mix, Add soda, oil and eggs. Beat with electric mixer on medium until smooth. Pour into pan and bake for 45-50 minute until toothpick inserted into middle comes out clean. My dh has requested a Choc Chocolate Chip pound cake tomorrow for his birthday. I was surprised because normally he wants this one! Amber - topazstar and a few others have tried this and loved it! Trust me he will never know it came from a box! SOOOOOOOOO moist and delicious!

Karen - Thanks!! I had a great pineapple upside down cake I was going to make but then world's pickiest eater (aka DH) decided he didn't like pineapple out of nowhere. I swear, that man eats only chicken!!
Laura - LOL @ the box. That was my back up plan. And if that didn't work, I was going to go to La Madeline and just buy something! I shop well.
