Oh man, I haven't updated here in a while.
I'm doing well, at last weigh in I was 121, and I got into size 2 jeans, so I am pleased, to say the least. I think I may go ahead and stop at 120. Heather - Way to go! Karen - Sorry for the hard time, poor Riley. Steph - GOOD JOB!! Christie - Great job on the work outs! |

Kayla- You just HAVE to have that stuff ever once in a while! I got my workout in this morning. 40 minutes cardio and I did weight training too. Hopefully, I will get another workout in tomorrow too. |

I was scared to get on the scale this week, but there is no change. The last week or 2 have been rough and I feel like my life's heading in a different direction. But stress and not feeling well are excuses that I've got to get past. I know that taking care of myself makes me a better wife and mother, and makes me feel a lot better physically and emotionally.

So I got in a workout finally! Woo hoo.
Did 1 hour weight training with dh then I did two workouts from Fittv...One was Indian dancing so I did that one and then a aerobic one. Felt good now my legs are shaky so I can bet I will be sore tommorrow. Yay Jenna you are putting me to SHAME this week! Kelly we all have stuff going on...it is an excuse! It is harder to do workouts when life gets in the way. Just do the best you can and no guilt! I have had a heck of a week myself and only got to workout twice which is so UNLIKE me but I am moving forward and that is that. You are doing great to not have gained. Good job! Heather- you go girl! Keep up the great work! |

Way to go ladies! Lots of working out this week.
Kelly- You are so right.. life does get in the way. But, I agree.. I feel like a better wife and mother when I am taking care of myself because I just plain FEEL better. I lost 1.4lbs. I am down to 153.8. 3.8 to go to my WW goal weight. I also did 2 minute intervals at irun today.. including warmups we did a 5k in 42 minutes. I was so proud of myself!!! DH went with me. I really feel like I accomplished something. That being said.. I ate like a PIG today. But, I have 6 more days until I weigh in again and I deserved a splurge. |

Jenna I just watched the Turbo Jams infomercial again. Do you have the whole set and the gloves? It was like 6 dvd's including an ab workout? I am pretty interested in it!

Karen~ I do have the 6 set dvd combo, but not the arm band thingy. I might order that later. I actually ordered mine online from Beachbody Fitness, Nutrition, Diet and Weight Loss Products and Videos for about $60 bucks. I LOVE it!
Mere~ YAY you for being in a size 2! I don't think I could fit in that size when I WAS 1 So I weighed in this morning and actually lost 1 pound. So 12 baby pounds to go now. I'm sad because I'm not going to make my goal weight of being back down to my prebaby weight by the time Jaicee is 6 months old. There's no way I'm going to lose 12 pounds in two weeks. |
