I weighed at 121.5 this morning, as a result of yesterday's fast. I'm going to work out tonight (thought working out yesterday on an empty stomach wasn't a good idea), so hopefully I can maintain that. |

Jenna do not beat yourself up over the cookies...at least you stopped at 3 Christie - I hope yo ugot out with the two wildchilds today. Steph where are YOU?? So me and dh ldid some weight training this afternoon for about 45 minutes, then I got in a 20 minute run, 20 min on the bike and my usual 100 jumping jacks! I feel great! Gotta get out of these sweaty clothes but I am cooling down for a minute first. Everyone is doing awesome and I am so proud of yall! I wish we could get together and workout some.... |

Karen - The complete fast was just for Ash Wednesday. I plan to do another total fast on Good Friday. One day was hard enough, I don't know if I could have done much longer than that! Good job on the weight training!
Christie - How'd the mall walking go? I did my BLT (butt, legs, tummy) workout last night. I really need to get a smaller workout ball, I fell off of it at one point. ![]() |

Meredith YIKES careful with the ball!
I got in a great workout while Riles was down for her nap. Did some interval training ont he treadmill then jumped off did some butt and abs and weights then got on the bike for 30. I have got to get me a step for some of the shows I have DVR'd. |

Well, I lost .2 lbs this week. Oh well, at least I didn't gain I guess!

I ate more of those damn cookies. But I DID do 2 miles on the treadmill with the incline on 5 so hopefully that helped burn some of them off! I'll weigh in tomorrow, but I'm not expecting anything this week. Don't know why....I think the cookies ruined me! |

Jenna - 2 is all....I could top that LOL! I ate like a blasted pig, cow and elephant all in one today!
*sigh*I dropped almost 2 more pounds but I ate really bad today so tomorrow I have to put a lid on it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Still no motivation to exercise. I just don't like to exercise when it is cold. I can't wait for spring. We have a beautiful outdoor trail to walk or ride bikes on and I figure that my mom, Marika and I will be spending plenty of time there this spring! I will have to have my niece help me out, she is in track and I want to start jogging/running. I am such a weenie though.

Thanks girls! DH and I took Charlie, Bella and Pearl for a 1 mile walk with a stop at the park. Then I came home and did my full body weights/step workout 45ish minutes. I am feeling good! Should help with the BAD stuff I ate this weekend. But, my ILs were in town and it is always harder to eat right when they are here. I made baked french toast and hashbrown quiche for my FIL today for bfast bc it is his 60th bday!

Way to go girls!
Fatty McFatty over here hasn't worked out all weekend... I have had too much going on...So I will be back to norm tomorrow. I am on my way now back to church at 5 to help prepare for a reception for ou r new youth minister. So since us Baptist LOVE to eat we will of course be eating again. lol Christy you are on a ROLL and that baked french toast sounds YUMMO. Post the recipe so I can check it out. I cook BAD stuff too when we have family over. They expect it. oh and we need some new pics of you when you meet that goal. It totally deserves a new outfit too!! |
