WTG, everyone. And holiday one-day eating doesn't count. Kelly, you'd better quit that beating up on yourself, girl. Be positive; look for little victories, 'k?
I walked on Sunday again, and did some arm exercises with it. I even jogged 1/2 block, and it was easier than last week when I jogged it. I think the scale at the store I always use was off a little (its calibration goes haywire sometimes) and it told me I lost, like 4.5lbs last week (not possible), so I entered just 1lb on my ticker and we'll see what it says next week. I can't believe I'm only 35lbs from my goal. Yipee! My BP was also under 110/70 for the second weekd in a row, SO, I decided to try to wean down to every other day w/my BP meds and see what happens. It was 109/68. |

You girls are doing great!! I didn't work out yesterday but that was expected. Hopefully today when I'm off at 4pm I can squeeze in some pilates.
I was feeling bummed because of not eating as great as I would like, but the scale was down another pound today!! |

So dh came home in between meetings to give me a breather and I took a 4 mile jog! It was so invigorating! I could have ran all afternoon! The weather here is SO WARMMMM?? 70 degrees and it was freezing yesterday?
Jenna- I was just being funny I haven't even tried to fix my hair today it is in a headband since i ran. I should shower...I am probably RANK! |

Steph - you're doing great!
Karen - I wish I could go on a 4 mile run and feel good a/b it. I ran around the playground today at recess. That's my exercise. I am really feeling in a funk a/b my body these days. Last night, I just kept saying, "I wish I was skinny! I wish I was skinny!" Then I tried on a cute outfit I wish would fit and reminded myself not to eat anything else. Except for Sunday, I feel like I am doing much better w/ eating. Yesterday I had a training day instead of teaching and I brought my mini-meals. I went to On the Border w/ 2 other teachers and didn't eat one bite - not even a chip. I just at my own foods at my regularly scheduled times. DH got off work early today, so maybe I can exercise tonight.

Kelly~ I think you're doing really well....and I think you're skinny! It's hard when we don't like what we see in the mirror. I think I know just how you feel. ((hugs)) Hope you get in a good workout tonight. I'm taking a break. I'll get in some good cardio on Wed and Thu since DH doesn't work. And I've already done cardio on Sun and Mon, so that gives me 4 days for this week. I'll have to try and squeeze in my 5th workout during Jaicee's nap on Saturday.

Good job girls! I pushed "double trouble" in the ginormous double stroller yesterday for 1 mile. Today I am going to try to do a yoga video I Tivoed. I gave up sweets for lent so that should really help my bottom line!
Karen- Good job on the jog mama! Steph- WTG on the BP and the weight. Keep it up! Jenna- Awesome on the cardio! Kelly- Keep your chin up mama. Saying no to eating out is tough.. that's a great accomplishment! |

Christie - Good call on the sweets! Here's hoping that Lent helps us spiritually and weight-wise!
Karen - You go on the running! I just can't mentally get into running. I need to hire a guy to chase me with a knife or something. Well, my bikini arrived yesterday, and I'm regretting it already! I seem to have leveled out. I can't seem to break through where I am. I have gotten down to 122.5-123 and I think I'm stuck. |

Mere I can only dream of 122-123??? I am sure you look great but there is nothing worse than a bottom that is too tight. Send it back...No biggie.
Christie- way to go on the mile yesterday with the babies! that is a BIG job! Pushing a stroller is a much better work out than going it alone so you be PROUD! WOOOOOOOO giving up sweets. WOW you go. Thank goodness I am Baptist we LOVE to eat! hahah Our preacher always jokes about it. He is a BIG man. So no workout for me today unless I do it tonight after work and I am thinking after this crazy day I will be too tired. One day won't KILL me I guess? Dh brought me home choc cake from the restaurant lastnight..I had already eaten Choc chip cookies so I put it in the frig...It is calling my name. OHHHHHHH WILLPOWER!! |

Okay, I must be doing better than I though I had been.
I got some new jeans today and I fit the size 4 comfortably! I was shocked. I am very happy about this. Now, if I can only get "muffin top" to go away...... |
