jenna & heather way to go on the weight loss!!
heather - i have tons of stretch marks from being pregnant...i just think they are my service stripes i exercised on my stairmaster yesterday morning and i just got done this morning. not as long as i usually do, i need to work back up to that since i haven't been on it in so long. i have tuesday plans to go mall walking with a friend as well. thanks for the motivation girls to get back in the exercise routine!

Mere-cute bikini!! I always have to wear those board shorts when I wear one to cover my "problem areas" lol! Karen-btw You're not trying to lose weight are you, just maintain?? Anyway, you will probably be ok eating super bowl goodies with all the working out you do! I'm already in my work out clothes and will be doing a workout soon! I ate badly last night-evenings are my weakest time BUT I'm going to keep up at it, and I know I will get there! I'm afraid to say it, but I'm not so worried about stretch marks as I am about cellulite ![]() ![]() ![]() Girl, thanks for listening and being such a motivation!!! |

Got the workout in....Did a Allstar workout...For those of you taht watch Fit TV that is a good one..One hour of cardio and weights then I did 6 mile weight loss program on the bike..I have been avoiding my treadmill lately..It is boring to run inside to me...I think it is supposed to be 55 tomorrow maybe I can go for a three or four mile run that would be great!
Talk to you girls lately...Oh and Heather...I am REALLY bad at portion control. ![]() Bina I would like to lose an additional five pounds but I need the weight to SHIFT to the right places..LOL |

Karen - I hear you on the shifting! I tend to gain weight in my butt, hips, and thighs, but lose it out of my boobs and arms. *sigh* So I can get to my goal weight and still have the thigh issues!

I did my 1hr body by Gilad workout. I was soo wanting to skip it, but I made myself do it and of course feel so much better! It's beautiful outside so hopefully we can all go on a family walk later on! |

Ok, girls! I did my turbo jam workout! Woo-hoo! YAY for good cardio. Then DH and I did another type of workout.
DTD does burn calories, right? Mere~ Cute bikini! I will NEVER wear one. WAY too many stretch marks! Can't wait to see a pic of you in it when you get to your goal weight! Heather~ I'm with you on the stretch marks....but that's ok. I got Jaicee out of them! ![]() |

Bina- It's raining here-yuck. I can't wait till it warms up so we can go on walks. Yay for working out! Karen- Your are always on top of working out!! That's great! Have fun tonight!! Ok, so I did 45 minutes of cardio. I also did a leg workout. I had those gumby legs like Jenna said! So, my goal for this week is to workout 4 days. Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I feel like I ate so bad yesterday. In retrospect, it wasn't really a bad eating day for most people. I just ate a fairly big lunch and I haven't done that in a few days. I can feel it now - the lots of mini-meals is definately much better for me. Hopefully I can really focus this week and report some weight loss on Friday.
Edit: I don't think my ticker is right. I thought I made a new one on Friday and it said that I had lost 2lbs total, but it still says 1.5. Maybe I just don't remember right. UGGGGGGGGGGH I don't even want to TALK about what I ate much less type it. BADDDDDDDDD girl I was! BUt today is a new day and hopefully I will get RIley down for nap and get to WORK! Supposed to be warmer today so I may get outside. Dh has a lunch meeting and a dinner meeting so that doesn't leave much mommy time.
Today and tomorrow that is his schedule then Wed I have OT and PT that morning a play meeting at Carter's school at 2 and have to be at work at church by 3:30 so I am going to be struggling this week to find TIME> May have to get back up at 6. OKay girls have a feel good day! Again don't stress too much over the snacks yesterday but instead focus on THIS day and week! You are all doing great! |

I'm with you on the overeating at the super bowl party. We had bacon wrapped dates.. what isn't good wrapped in bacon? LOL I did do a 1.8 mile hike yesterday with Dh, Charlie and our dogs. We had a great time. I will find some time to excercise today even if it is after Charlie is in bed tonight.
