Mere - fast food is a great idea.

Christie - I think you could cook at home for 40 days. You would have to do some planning.

Okay I am in some serious pain today. LOL That workout yesterday kicked my fanny. Tomorrow, DH, Charlie, Bella and Pearl and I are going hiking! Should be fun!

Lisa-congrats on getting back into pre-PG pants!!

Laura-yay for another 2lbs!

Even though yesterday I worked out and started off the day great food-wise, it didn't end so great since I had ICE-CREAM!! We never really have that in the house but Dh got some a while back, ack! BUT I am feeling even more motivated today because despite that I have lost another lb!! I know weight fluctuates day to day, but it is enough to hopefully keep me motivated. Plan to do another workout soon at naptime.

No exercise for me last night. Made dinner for myself, for Daniel (he was getting off work LATE last night, so I made him something to put in the fridge), so I had stuffed fish and brussel sprouts. Then took a nap. Then had a Hostess chocolate cupcake. LMAO! They really are my vice right now -- gotta have something, right? I looked, and they aren't too bad; less than 200 calories and I think it was 12gms of fat? It's a good treat, as long as I only have one cupcake once or twice a week. I think what I've figured out about treats is that get the one that is REALLY satisfying, and it will be just that. Earlier in the week, I had another kind of cupcake (looks the same, but not Hostess) and I didn't get the satisfaction.

Daniel works 10-7pm today (end of my workweek), tomorrow, and Monday (my two days off), so I will have lots of free time to clean house, play on my ball and not feel like a fool, and walk.

P.S. I have a cupcake in my drawer. LMAO!

So I didn't work out at all last night b/c I fell asleep. Just got home from our weekly lunch at Genghis Grill. I got a tiny bit of beef, lots of shrimp, tons of broccoli, squash, and zuchini, and BROWN rice. I only ate like 1/3 of the bowl, instead of the whole thing. I will eat some more in 2 or 3 hours. I just can't believe how much better I feel in the last 3 days. I know, I sound like a broken record. It's a beautiful day, so maybe we'll go for a walk after nap time.

Kelly ~ Isn't it amazing? I can't tell you the difference I feel if I don't start the morning right after I get out of bed with my gatorade. I usually drink 1/4 to 1/3 of the bottle before I even get off the couch (I have to go out there and sit in the quiet to wake up); it makes a HUGE difference. I'm so glad you feel good; it's major incentive for me to keep going, knowing how I feel better, and also remembering the times I've felt bad when I had a bunch of grease or something like that.

I can't even IMAGINE going to a drive-thru and getting a burger with a soda and onion rings...I'd probably barf now.

UMMMMMMMM so I made those choc chip cookies for dh and we have been snacking ALLDAY...first cookies then Chex Mix during hte Tech game so if Riley will go to sleep she is fighting it right now momma will go workout..Other wise today might be a fatty mcFatty day.

I did however call a friend and offer them half of the cookies so I plan to take them over in a bit. Might as well share the calories.

Christie do yall have a backpack for Charlie? I would love to take the kids hiking but now that Riley outgrew her BabyBjorn I am not sure how to take her plus it hasn't been warm enough here yet. We are having snow flurries today so the whole house is being lazy.We are all still in pj's. Boy do I love these days but not today since Riley and dh has snotty noses. Only the second runny nose she has ever had..So I guess I better not complain.

OKay gotta pack up those cookies

Riley is NOT going to sleep. She isn't feeling good so....So far no workout. DH is sick too or I would get him to watch her. He is soaking in the tub watching tv moaning...MEN! Like I ever get to be sick???

Karen- Isn't that the truth? I told DH he could never have been pg and given birth. LOL Everyone needs a fatty day.. hee hee

Mere- You are a brave woman.. I have never looked good in one. LOl

Kelly- Glad you are feeling better with the good eating. That's awesome!

Steph- You need to try the oreo chocolate covered ball thingys that come in the 100 cal pack. They give me my fix for only 100 cals. Works out great for me! I need portion control.

I forgot to tell yall I splurged and went out for hibachi japanese last night. My friend and I split a meal and I didn't eat all of my rice so I felt good about that. Then, we went and had ice cream. I split a kids cup with her. Then, we went to see 27 dresses (which is hilarious by the way) and no snacks for me! I felt good about it all... probably over my points but REASONABLE!

Karen - IKWYM - I had strep throat and got to rest for a/b 12 hrs b/c I took Hannah to MIL's like I normally do for work, and then DH said I didn't have to make him dinner. Now he's had a runny nose and hasn't been able to do anything (not even hook up the DVD player) for 3-4 days.

Christie - sounds like you had fun! And good job on the eating.

Mere - that is definately motivation. I don't think I could go that far yet. Maybe also b/c I'm so white these days. I am really wanting to tan - the only time in my life I've ever done that was for 3 weeks before my wedding and I covered my face every time.

Kelly - I gave up on tan a long time ago. I simply don't tan, I burn badly then when it peels I go back to day-glow white. So I just blind people when I wear my bathing suit. Luckily 90% of the time I wear one is in my ILs backyard (they have a pool), so nobody sees me

Steph that blinky doesn't apply to me...I wish it did. LOL Well I do alot of things healthy and have cut back in lots of areas but I still have dessert on a regular basis...That darn SWEET tooth.
