Hey ladies! WTG on the exercising and weight loss!! It's been a busy week around my house, I have not hardly had a chance to get on here!
So, I weighed this morning and lost 2.8 lbs! I guess since AF was here this week, I made up some for last week! So when Dh gets home from work this morning and I lay Lawson down for a nap, I'm off to the gym. Oh, BTW, I'm in the 150's now!!!!!!![]() I'm so excited! Kelly- GL!! You can do it girl! |

Morning ladies! I weighed in at 123 this morning. I'm okay with that considering how bad I've been about eating right and working out. Lent starts on Wednesday and Dh and I are giving up fast food, anything with a drive through is officially off limits. That will help me greatly, I think.
Heather - Way to go!! You are doing great! Kelly - I can't believe it's Feb either. 2008 is really moving! |

Kelly-that is a great idea of labeling your foods with time to eat them. Glad you are feeling better! I've been doing really well in the exercise department and have up and down days in the eating deptartment. Unfortunately for me, its the eating that will make me lose weight! Since I'm off today, I plan to workout during Avery's first nap. I weighed in at 166lbs today-I've been up and down between 166-168 lately. Working out during the 2ww is ok right? I know I worked out when TTC and the beginning of PG for Avery, but you know how it is... |

Heather- I think that you, me and Bina have the same goal weight. 150 right? LOL Maybe we will all reach it together.
I went to WW this morning. I have officially lost all of the "Christmas weight" there and more. I weighed in at 158. 8 lbs. to go to my goal weight. YAY! |

Christie that is AWESOME! You are doing so good!! Are you in those 8's yet?? You will be!! I am so proud of you! And basketball?? I had no idea you were an athlete. I wish our church had a team or even a volleyball team. I would be all about it!
Mere- don't be too hard on yourself you are a tiny thing! You are doing great! Fast food is not something we ever eat hardly so that wouldn't be a hard one for me. You can do it! Kelly- woo hoo to feeling great and eating right! You are off to a great start! Looking forward to this journey with you! Heather- ALRIGHT you are almost there!! Steph where are YOU??? Did you walk? I didn't work out yesterday... I had a ton of things going on and no time...We were out during my reg workout time but one day off isn't going to kill me. Riley is down for her nap so I am going down to workout..Not sure what yet...Bina I am with you I wish I could go for a run OUTSIDE.. It is raining and cold. Looking forward to Spring. Keep up the good work ladies. |

Thanks Karen. I played basketball, volleyball and softball in high school. I don't know if I am still an "athlete" lol but I like to try. Good luck with your workout! I am going to get something in today.. not sure what. It is yucky rainy and cold here too. Blah

I didn't walk -- too freakin cold last night, but I did do some ball-work, so I'm plenty proud of myself. Mere, giving up fast food for lent sounds like a GREAT idea. It pretty much grosses my tummy out now, all that grease... |

Okay so I got in a 30 Cardio Blast Show then rode the bike for 6 miles ( weight loss program) I feel great and wish I could do more but gotta shower and get to Johnson City...So that is it for now but may do weight training with dh later.

Steph- Good job on some ball work! Karen- Glad you were able to squeeze something in. Mere- I am not sure what I am giving up for lent. It needs to be something food related bc that's where I will feel it the most. LOL Think it is possible to cook at home for 40 straight days? Yeah right. Maybe I could only eat out once a week.. hmm.. gotta think. Well, I did a 1 hour fit tv workout that used weights and the step to work legs, arms, and abs and then I walked 20 minutes. So.. good day today! |

OMG, Peachtree had a major meltdown this morning...I'm over four hours late getting payroll out and we're sitting here waiting for the tech. Now, my boss made it worse and I can't even access information from 2007. Kiiiiiiillllll meeeeeeeee......aaaaauuuugh. And i still have two appraisals due today. One just got done. While I'm waiting for the computer tech. Aaaaaaauuuugh! |
