Default Fall recipes

Here are some fall type of recipes for those looking for them.
Let me know if you would like a good apple pie or pumpkin cake
recipe. I included an easy fruit crisp recipe. I love to make this, it
is very quick for the surprised guests or if you need something quickly.
I have tons of really good cake, pastry and baking recipes. Let me know
if you would like something else.

Fresh fruit crisp

1cup quick cooking rolled oats
1 cup packed brown sugar
½ cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ cup butter
2 lbs apples (6 medium) or 2 ½ lbs.
peaches or pears (10 medium)
2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Combine oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and
a dash of salt. Cut the butter in to the mixture till it
looks like coarse crumbs, set aside. Pell, core and slice fruit.
Place fruit in bottom of a 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with sugar. Sprinkle crumb mixture all over fruit.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.Lightly brown on top.

Pumpkin Cookies

And ¾ cup brown sugar. Then add in 1 egg and 1 1/3 cup canned
Pumpkin. Sift together and add 2 ¼ cups flour, ½ tsp. salt, 1 tsp.
