I feel the same way Jenna. I'm having a hard time pumping much - my breasts will be full, but I just can't seem to get it to let-down when I'm pumping. I called the lact. cons. but she hasn't called me back yet. As the time to return to work gets closer, I am getting more nervous a/b it. But we will just give her a mix of formula an bm during the day if we have to.

As far as the dieting goes, I've been doing Weight Watchers for just over a week with great results and I feel great. I have lost 3.5 lbs and feel so much better a/b myself and I'm looking better too. I actually wore a pair of pre-pg pants (with a girdle) yesterday. The low-carb really didn't work for me this time, but WW is working for me right now. Check out the WW thread on The Baby is Here side.

Thanks, Kelly! I've done WW before, and I didn't really like it, but I think that's because I was just hungry all the time. That's why I liked the SBD...I never felt hungry! But I'm glad you've lost most of the weight and that your pre-preg clothes are fitting! I hope the weight falls off of me as fast as it has with you! I just never seem to have that kind of luck, though!

Jenna - you get lots of extra points from BFing so maybe that's why I'm not hungry all the time. Cassie & Lauren have lots of good ideas of filling foods w/ low points.

Count me in.....again. I started lifting weights again and tanning to feel better. My dh is a body builder and it helps motivate me. I want to lose 15 lbs. to get back to my 4's like when I met dh, but 10 lbs. to get back to pre-preg 6's would be ok. I am excited and I know I will do this. I am writing in a journal. I had lost 5o lbs. to get to the 4 and kept it off for 2 yrs. until 10 lbs. was added for the fertility meds. so I know I can do it again.

I'm jumping aboard

Caleb is 5months old now & I have yet to work out one day since he's been here. Granted i've lost all my pre-preg weight, but i've got some MAJOR toning to do & would actually like to lose 10 pounds.
I'm going to start tomorrow & just kinda feel it out as to how long i'll do cardio & what kind of toning and just work my way up from there. I don't do well with diets so i'm just gonna eat whatever I want, but watch my portions. I also plan to try & cut out ALL sodas. Anyways, that's my plan

Melissa~ Thats a good idea to write in a journal. I think I may keep mine online here, maybe in this thread. I haven't tanned in over 2 years, but I think I may treat myself & go a couple times. My legs are sooo white!

Well working out on Saturday was a total bust. I went shopping @Target instead I guess walking counts as exercize right? I just need to get over this hump & get my butt in gear. Gonna give it a go again this Wed.

Amber~ you can do it! The hardest workout is always the first one. After that you start to get into the habit of doing them and I promise it gets easier! Go for it!

Thanks Jenna! I can't believe you are already 32 weeks Your in the homestretch now!

Well I worked out today for 20mins. Have you ladies ever heard of "The Firm"? I impulsively bought it about 2yrs ago after a late night of not being able to sleep & watching infomercials. Anyways I did one of the DVD's today...and it kicked my butt. BUT I feel so much better now already

Amber~ I know what you mean! when I tell people I have 8 weeks left we're all like . I just hope this last part goes by fast....I'm getting to the point where I'm so done being pregnant!

Oh, and I have heard of The Firm! It looked like an awesome workout! Good for you! I bought Turbo Jam off of the beach bodies website last year and I LOVE it! Another really good workout. Good luck!

I have 10 more pounds to go. I am at the gym 3 times per week lifting weights and I am doing 100 crunches every night.

Amber - yes, I got it one day last week. I did the cardiosculpt for 42 min. before Hannah started fussing too much and the next day I did the Absculpt. I loved the cardiosculpt and the way I was sore afterwards. I think I need to work a little harder on the Abs next time. I hope I can get it done everyday this week.

Melissa - good for you working out.

Amber - I just did CardioSculpt for the 3rd time. I thought I'd better write it here so I can keep count to get to my 10th workout for visible results. I've done the AbSculpt twice. I already feel like I'm looking better. The last 10 minutes of legwork on the floor on the Cardio Sculpt KILLS me! What a/b you? I haven't tried BodySculpt yet.

Kelly~ I think maybe we have diff dvds? I've got three..Fatblasting Cardio, Complete Body Sculpting & Total muscle shaping. I've done the fatblasting one 1x so far...gonna try it again tonight if I can get Caleb down early enough. It seems like i'm missing a couple dvd's though...I could have sworn there were 5 when I bought it. Hmmm...

Good idea about keeping track here. You really will see results in 10days!

I also have the Carmen Elecktra's Aerobic Striptease dvd's. Those are a really good workout too! Plus, you learn a little extra for the dh!
