Day 4
Breakfast: Dr. Pepper (150) handfull of wheat thins (~75) Lunch: Baked potato with fat free butter & cheese (~300) Deli chicken breast (~150) Dr. Pepper (150) Dinner:1/2 Plain chicken sandwich (~275) small order fries (ate half) (150) Dr.Pepper (150) Total ~ 1400 calories (this is a rough guess) Worked out on treadmill for 1 hr. 3.8 miles. I am definitely sore! Melissa-Have you figured out how to work your exercise into your busy schedule? I hope you are feeling better. Renee-You still kicking butt with taebo? Kristy-Hope you are still getting your evening walks in. |

Hi. Doing good girls!
I have decided that when I am well, by next week, I will work out once after Syrinna is in bed (7:30) and then twice early on the weekend. Right now my head hurts so bad that I took 2 Darvocet leftover from birth and it still hurts. I am also having my first period since birth so maybe some of the new weight is from being bloated. I hope next week is better! |

Forgot to post yesterday & I lost my food list. Oh well I think I done fine on my diet except for the 2 glasses of wine I had (granny has JOhn, John for the weekend). I didn't workout though.
I did 2 workouts today My regular workout this morning then I went upstairs & walked for 20 min's tonight because I felt guilty for missing yesterdays workout. Breakfast-Coffee Lunch-Grilled chicken & baked potato with butter Dinner- Chicken & rice soup & a salad Corona with lime I am enjoying another glass of wine now. |

Friday: Breakfast: Skipped Lunch: McDonald's quarter pounder with cheese, fries and large diet coke Snack: walked around Central Market and snacked on things Dinner: Steak fajitas, guacamole, chips, water Exercise: what? Saturday: Breakfast: Diet dr pepper Lunch: Chicken salad sandwich, sunchips, yogurt Snack: Banana Dinner: Grilled pork loin, grilled squash and zucchini, salad Exercise: sitting out on driveway talking with neighbors? On a brighter note, I lost 2 pounds! Maybe I need more McDonald's and less exercise to lose weight |

Leena yeah still doing taebo thursday i did it at midnight after Ian went to sleep I was doing good untill this weekend Friday night I went out and had way too many drinks then sat and sun I ate crap and didn't exercise but tomorrow I'm going to get back to it and I weigh myself on mondays so we'll see what damage this weekend of bad eating has done |

Leena~ You are a genius for coming up with this! I can't wait to officially be on this thread! I'll be joining you guys by the end of September! Man, that seems like such a looooong way away. And I'm with everyone else...I'll need to loose whatever baby weight I'm gaining (so far 17 lbs!

Whoops, ate 3 oreos last night.
BF-grapes, granola bar lunch-Lean Cuisine dinner-chicken,black bean, corn mixture on wheat tortillas and mexican rice No Oreos. I told dh to hide them. Isn't that sad? |
