Leena~ Two pounds is good! You should actually only average about 1-2 pounds a week. It's healthier for you that way, and it's also supposed to mean that your weight will stay off! You're doing the best you can, mama!

Well last night was fun but when feeding time came at 6 am i was not wanting to get up lol.
Leena alot of the lean cusine meals are especially the french bread pizza. I think your friends just forget because I sort of forgot how fussy Brandon was at first until Ian came along and then it all came back to me. Last night I did terrible on the diet I ordered a pizza then had several drinks and came home tipsy and ate more pizza and potatoes So today Breakfast - slimfast shake cal 190 Lunch veggies with cheese sauce cal 150 & Diet Dr Pepper snack- sugar free pudding cal 60 Dinner - smart ones meal cal 310 & Diet Dr Pepper water - 8 glasses Exercise- 1 hr taebo Total cal 710 |

Leena - congrats on the 2lbs. Like the other girls said, a lot of lean cuisine stuff is good. I bet Lauren could tell which ones are the best b/c she did WW.
Renee - I always have to cheat once a week to do well with a diet. Keep up the good work. |

I do cheat once a week my cousin and I are both on this diet and we do taebo together ever night. Fridays we take off and we get something really good to eat and we go out for drinks and dancing at the clubs lol. I go back to work in 20 days and then my going out days are over because I work weekends.

I have done well with the diet thing but no workouts yet. I make plans but by the time I get baby and dh comes home and leaves again to workout and I feed, bathe, and rock baby to bed, it's at least 7:30 and then I have to get bottles made and then dinner followed by cleanup and I just can't seem to go to the gym. It's the only way I will get any better. I am so frustrated!!!!
My weight goes up and down. I have not cheated at all but some days it's 145 others it's 148. I really have to exercise to get rid of the tummy flab. What do you other working moms do about fitness? |

Melissa I do the taebo workouts at home you can purchase the dvd set an it has a instructional tape then a 30 min workout and also an hr advanced the taebo live 4 pack is a great workout for the tummy if your interested in it I woul recommend getting the dvd off ebay because I don't think it is in print in stores anymore since it is older. I have a gym memebership too but just no time to get there so it makes it easier to be able to pop in the dvd in the am or after kids are bed at night some nights I don't get to do it till 11 pm but I just have commited myself to doing it no matter what
